The location of the hotel is perfect. 10 mins drive from the airport and 20 minutes or less to city center. I am a Platinum elite member and since our checkout was 11:00, we requested a late check out at 4pm with no problem. I was also provided with an upgrade to an executive suite which felt like a true presidential suite. The room is very clean and comfortable. Upon arrival, we were shown the suite and the property facilities. The experience of staying here was exceptional and I would definitely stay again next time in Chennai!

The bar struggled to produce an invoice after payment. It took 30mins to remedy and still get charged the service charge.
The breakfast restaurant is very small, so when busy, don’t expect a table.

Being an old property the condition of rooms and toilets was pathetic and not value for money paid. The toilet had broken racks as evident in the photo. The mirrors were shabby old which were not having clear image. It would have been better to have opted for a three star hotel instead which would have been much better. When they shifted me to another room, the room did not have any toiletries and hand towel. Neither there were paper tissues in the room. Tried calling the General Manager and was advised that he is not available.
