All the staff were wonderful in particular the manager who had recently transferred from the Dehradun hotel, the restaurant manager, Mohit on reception and Sneha in the restaurant who was simply lovely.
The food was of a great quality. The rooms and whole hotel were very well maintained.
I would highly recommend staying there.

I am not sure what went wrong. I booked the hotels in Feb. for 3 executive suite and in the day of check-in 1. Hotel said that there is no booking record 2. After contacting Hotels. com Cust Sve- hotel too resend the booking,, then Lemon tree said they have record but can only provide 2 rooms I/o 3 rooms as they don’t have enough executive suite 3. I book for my friends, and they will pay their own bills, wheras I receive two hotels bills from Hotel.com; If you asked what experience I have-I could only said ‘terrible’ “terrible’ ‘Not Reliable’. Above are experience of booking as there is no word I can say after this
