Pro: Outstanding value, large and clean rooms, central location, proximity to airport, reasonably priced restaurant; Con: few western choices in breakfast, worn out fixtures in bathroom, difficult to walk in neighborhood (or just to cross the road). Hotel staff could have offered to top-up mobile phone accounts for customers.

I booked deluxe twin room and amazed when they upgraded the room to executive family room. Nice stay, enjoyed , very comfortable and would like to say special thanks to staff neha, yogesh and devraj for delicious breakfast and excellent service.

The property was overall good,breakfast was excellent,staff and all very nice,polite,respectful The only thing did not like was there was no where and no facility to hang your clothes or even once you iron them keep them on the bed ,they should provide something for that when we asked they said hang them in the closet which i think not possible ,sweaty clothes in a closed closet which already had our clean clothes hung Hope they take that into consideration. Otherwise all good liked our relaxing stay

This hotel had poor internet. Wifi keeps disconnecting and speeds were very low due to which I missed my important meeting. AC wasn’t working properly so they replaced my room next day. I had booked my room through Expedia with breakfast included and I was told the breakfast timings and the location during check-in, but I was told next morning that there is a different ‘plan’ (AP vs EP) so its bot included and charged for it! Lot of miscommunication and confusion, and zero customer satisfaction..

Old and property rooms not Maintained.linen quality very poor . Smelly rooms

Air condition were not working and when I complained they didn’t listen for 5 hours and then said yes sir it’s not working .we need to shift you to other hotel which is not yet ready .

The one issue we had was small bugs on bed but once we informed staff, they changed room right away and made sure we were well taken care of

Great staff but hotel rooms could use some improvements

I would never recommend this hotel for stay. They had very bad conditions of the room. I booked non-smoking room at first and they gave us smoking room, which we had to argue for to get the non-smoking room. Even the room was not good at all. There was bathroom faucet keep on leaking and making the noise.

My stay there was horrible. Hotel is absolutely substandard. There was near no internet reception in the room. When told staff, they said this is the best they have. Most importantly, cleanliness was pathetic. I had dead cockroach in my bath tub at check-in and there was a live rodent in the bathroom. The hotel management was unapologetic and totally indifferent. I'd not recommend staying here.

The room maintenance needs to be better. The TV channel selection was very limited
