Sewage smell In lobby. Stingy in giving an extra bottle of water even though charging for 3 people occupancy

Relaxing hotel for our visit to home town of Patna. All staff accommodating to make our stay as homely as possible!

Excellent service and staff are very good especially in the restaurant

The cutleries were dirty. Asked them to change it for a clean one but were given dirty cutlery again. Food was not of good standard.

We had a flight to catch the next day. So we stayed here overnight. I would recommend it.

This hotel wants to portray itself as upper class and exquisite. But it is not an exquisite property. Stay elsewhere. The price tag far exceeds what you get in return. Food is just mediocre. Front desk is not welcoming. Laundry prices are exorbitant! It is a medium property, but does not reach normal Lemon Tree quality. Property and rooms need attention. Nightly cost is way too high. Should be halved.

The property claims to be 5-star, however there is no sauna and steam room. The amenities are if 3-star level. The design of shower is flawed. It charges top $$ of international level and the overall experience is no where near.

The property is the best in the area.

The hotel is probably one of the nicer hotels in Patna, the staff were well groomed, pleasant & efficient. Hotel rooms were clean & adequately presented & furnished, & the gym was compact but sufficient & the swimming pool was not heated (burr) & medium size. I had room service & the food was delicious w/a varied menu.

We were given a suite on the 7th floor. This was underneath the swimming pool on the 8th floor. At 5am daily you hear the pump of the swimming pool guy cleaning the pool. It was like someone was drilling next to the room The sound proofing in the room was terrible as we could hear the room next door. Both their conversations and the TV. On some nights the noise kept us up till 1am. So we slept late and was woken up very early (5am) all in all the worst stay in a hotel I have experienced.

Food is very expensive

Good hotel, clean. Problem most modern hotel in Lucknow. Spacious bathroom, has all the facilities required. Excellent gym and decent pool. The only negative is there are a lot of events / functions on the ground floor so try and get a room as high as possible.

Wonderful stay. Be sure to bring a swim suit.

We were given early check in and late checkout. Thank you very much. Gym was good. Pool was good. Breakfast was good with carrot juice, cucumber juice.

Good stay and food at the restaurant. Breakfast was a bit bare but not bad
