Les chambres ne correspondent pas aux photos de présentation. Elles sont très sales et bruyantes. Le prix est beaucoup trop élevé pour la prestation offerte. Ne proposez plus cet établissement sur votre plate-forme, s'il vous plaît. Je suis très déçu par votre catalogue d’hôtels.

Getting cold water for shower

The location was good for the purpose of my trip- pretty central. However there is too much noise in the room. The AC was not working effectively. For the price it is Ok.

Great service and super clean. The only downfall is weak internet. I would stay here again.

The hotel was fine for the most part, basic but met your needs. The balcony had water (sewage?) dripping on it though and you couldn’t open the door to it. ut cannot complain too much for the price!

Hotel is OK but there are some dissapointing bits. When we arrived they could not find our booking for quite a while from Hotels.com. They blamed this on it being a foreign company so this could be an issue in other hotels. When shown to our room the room smelled strongly of smoke and had water on the floor from the air conditioning. The porter then waited an uncomfortable amount of time for a tip which considering the service we had so far we were not willing to give. We were eventually shown to a different room which was as much nicer. You only get 2 complementary waters on arrival and none for additional nights. We also ate at the restaurant for dinner where due to a lack of understanding we only ended up with one main course and had to wait ages for our drinks. On check out they said we could only pay by cash as the card reader was broken even though we then paid half by cash and half be card. Overall we were fairly disappointed in the hotel.

Great stay

We were taken to room that wasn't ready. Phone didn't work. AC control also didn't work. But eventually they fixed all this and we had a pleasant stay. Food was just ok. Beds very hard. Staff very friendly though so I would stay again

Its a very nicely located hotel near old bazaar. Specially for shopping lovers. Breakfast is not upto the mark. View is good on road side.

No free Wifi for expedia customers, Toilets was requested to be cleaned. Bedsheet was request to be changed. Used tolietry kept. Probably they didnot have enough time to change. Location of the hotel was best...close to all monuments.hence recommend if you can request each time for service

The rooms didn't had bathrooms with jetted bathtub which was part of my confirmation mail. As explained by the executive at Lords Plaza and HOTELS.COM , I was conveyed that none of the rooms in the hotel had a bathtub. I would request to please ensure and check the hotels you are dealing prior to giving any sort of confirmation. Lords Plaza, Jaipur had a very lousy service / staff. One of the room didn't had the AC working and due to which rooms were very suffocative. On calling the room service, they claimed that it had been repaired and in 15- 20 minutes the temperature shall be OK. But to my experience it didn't worked. Again I called on the second day and the same act was repeated. Technician told AC is now working properly and temperature shall be OK. But this all was just a fake and we had accepted to stay with it as already and avoid any future trips at Lords Plaza. Overall, ,my experience with the Hotel Lords Plaza and HOTELS.COM was not satisfactory and had put a question on my decision in dealing with them in future.

Rooms were small. Washrooms needs to be renovated and fixed

The hotel is located in central Jaipur, very near to the main shopping and tourist area. The rooms are quite small but sufficient if traveling solo. Food was quite nice. Overall a decent place for budget business traveler

Staff was very cold. Lack of interaction and no information provided about free complementary breakfast.
