Property needs upgrade

When we first arrived at the hotel the older man that assisted us was very rude. He actually said we came there to eat his brains in Hindi. He didn’t know that we spoke the language and understood what he said. They put us up in a different tower separate from the actual building where the hot water wasn’t working and there was no phone we could use to call them either. We mentioned all our concerns to the manager in the morning who was a gem of a person. Tamannah and Samar were the best part of our stay there. There was a party in the hotel and the music was ridiculously loud and when asked to turn it down a little the staff at night refused and said to talk to the owner. Was overall very disappointed in our stay there and would not stay there again

A small, budget hotel in Bandra, reasonable value for the price. Attentive and efficient staff.

Had to go in an Emergency, hotel was OK and adequate for my needs.

Buurt niet voor reizigers. Toeristen , hotel moet heel veel verbeteren. Niet eens een ster zou ik geven. Ontbijt niet aan te raden. Lokaal ontbijt. Niet veel Keuze.

Not a hotel fitted for business trip, and the pictures shown on the website are not accurate. It's situated at a noisy place, and the AC was not working. The only good thing was the breakfast. I appreciate the efforts from the staff, but it's not a decent hotel, it needs more improvement and I'm sure the staff and the managers can do better, for instance by renovating rooms and isolating windows and repacing all the old AC.

the service was excellent......the room service is faster than fast & food is very good but bombay is unbelievably noisey & didn't get much sleep

The room was ok. The area was very busy and noisy, I felt like I was in the street. Breakfast was minimal. As a single women traveler I can’t recommend.

If someone had shown me a photograph of the hotel location I would have avoided. Selected this due to its proximity to US Embassy where we had work to be done. Room was okay but I would not say it was value for money . Breakfast is terrible. Not served till 8.30 am and hardly any options available . TV does not work . Cant get a cup of tea till 8.00 am and no facility to brew in the room.

The Hotel with its strategic location is appt for staying whether your on a holiday ,shopping trip or work.The staff is very courteous & the house keeping service is prompt.the rooms are very clean .with a restaurant below one has no worries about going out for a meal or finding some place to eat if late.it's open till 1 o'clock at night. I would recommend the breakfast could be improved upon like hvng a buffet style with more options like cereals ,freshfruits etc.Overall I has a comfortable stay & I would give it a thumbs up for d room cleanliness.

NOT HAPPY DUE NOISE POLLUTED HOTEL DUE TO TRAFFIC AND AIR CONDITIONER , COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST IS ALSO NOT GOOD THEIR IS ONLY THREE CHOICE FROM THE LIST OF BREAKFAST LIST (MANY OF IS NON-VEG ITEM) SO NOT HAPPY .

plus; friendly staff,cleanish, good restaurant minus; very noisy/busy area, wifi failed on three out of four days - but was fixed within 30 minutes each time, room could do with decorating and new curtains overall was a little expensive for the standard of the room

Great staff, especially the young boys helping out with anything and everything. Always smiling regardless of who you are, most of the time people do not have time to interact with the staffs but here we got a warm welcome. Hotel is centrally location right on the intersection so be ready for loud noise. Food was excellent at the hotel restaurant.Did not like the breakfest options on the menu but still okey.
