Bed linen and towels were so dirty even if we throw them outside on the street even rag picker will avoid then there was dust in every corner

Clam and Cool Good Food It is ok and friendly Staff and clean room, Internet is ok. But getting a Cab in the location is difficult but staff will manage it if you tell them early

Courteous and well behaved Staff , clean rooms and quite spacious as well . Rooms have balcony so one can sit outside in evenings and enjoy a cup of coffee . It can easily accommodate up to 5 people and the rates are not sky high . I would like to appreciate the team Maple suites for their good work and would recommend the property to my fellow travellers .

It was not the same ambience as it was shown in the pictures. We were sent to opposite aptertment and rooms were quiet old and just OK.

We stayed in the double bedroom apartment suite and would recommend it for any traveler looking for clean, comfortable and reasonbaly priced accomodation. The staff is helpful and courteous. Food is cooked fresh on order.

The Good..... Hotel is close to many a good shopping centers and at the same time pretty noise free from the traffic. The staff is wonderful and very very helpful. Food served at breakfast is the best you will have and the staff do take special instructions very very carefully. A good place to stay. The Bad..... For some reason the WiFi thing is weird. Instead of standard passwords, they have voucher numbers which is unique for devices I.e. You cannot use one code for multiple devices. And at times they tend to stop working. Charges for the room per day are pretty high compared to the amenities provided. The bathroom is quiet not up to the mark and with each bath the whole room becomes a beach. And not to mention the bathroom is very small. Note to the management....please rework on having a clear partition between the shower and the rest of the bath area which would actually help stop the water flow out of the shower area to the entire bathroom. Also, use new towels. The old bleached towels seemed like not been changed since a long time. Sorry.....there are no uglies here to complete my review and make it to ....The Good, The Bad and The Ugly..... Overall, minus the bathroom thing, which needs a bit more than maintenance, everything else is good. Will rate it 3/5.

I stayed at Maple Suites for just one night with my family, here are the positives. Nice airy well lit large spaces are a welcome change from cramped hotel rooms. The food is fresh and nice and the location of the hotel is quite convenient. I would have given five stars but it fell short on two aspects, NO HOT WATER...come on that was just not expected. Despite contacting home service they could not get it organized. Anyways one small issue, there was an ashtray full of cigratte butts left in the drawer which smelled. Apart from these which I am sure they can improve. Overall a pleasant stay.

Had a pleasant stay at this hidden gem in South Bangalore. The service was excellent and the breakfast buffet on the rooftop was super!

Not a good hotel. Bad staff Bathroom bad smell Ghhjkkjkjjj Ghana Ghj

This was my second time stay at this serviced apartment and i must say that the hotel condition has deteriorated. From our balcony i saw some really old undergarments hanging from the wires mesh .. bathroom was clean but very old. Hotel staff was polite and accommodating and breakfast was fine. I think one day stay at this serviced apartment would be just OK but not for more than a day .

This is a wonderful hotel that served great breakfasts on the beautiful roof. We are visiting from the USA and it was perfect for our family.

The location is build with good planning as well as privacy and would have been a top facility for guests had it been maintained properly. The kitchen is quite hygienic and the food quality is decent however the menu lacks variety. In spite of a good ambience and spacious rooms the maintenance standards are unacceptable against the rates charged for the stay. The air conditioning is too weird in all the rooms as after every power cut the AC needs to be manually switched on from the panel even if the power switch is kept on. This is indeed frustrating and you may feel choked especially when asleep in the night. The entire staff is well behaved and polite yet the housekeeping team is so untrained that everyday guests need to remind them for cleaning, replace bedspread and provide drinking water that's included in the package. Internet provided complimentary here is as good as not having internet for use. The signal strength is too weak and the access policy is so unfair that if guests from one room connect more than eight devices to the wi-fi first, the guests in all other rooms cannot connect to the wi-fi.

My entire experience with Maple Suites was good, it was an awesome experience due to the fact that I had WIFI problem most of the time, if I take off the WIFI, the rest assures an awesome experience. A great food from the great young team, egg masala, phulka, dosas, yummy. I have seen a good team work in terms of serving the food, the preparation, kindliness, the welcoming nature, the entire food team was amazing and I have received a great hospitality. The room, a (1 BHK apartment = 1 Bed, 1 Hall and 1 Kitchen) great experience, a clean environment, spring bed and I haven't felt I am in a hotel, I felt like it was my home. The staff, they were so pleasing, gentle, very kind and down to the earth, they were always welcoming and ready for any help you ask for. Again a good team work, kudos.

The room is wider than I expected and the restaurant is good enough. The whole of the hotel keeps clean.The WiFi is almost available in each room, but the its wave strength depends on the location in the room.

IT IS DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE STAY ON SERVICE APARTMENTS. EXCELLENT HOSPITALITY AND SERVICE.
