This hotel is excellent in terms or several things. First its location. Its very near to some of the tourist attractions. Second it offers many onsite facilities like Gym, swimming pool, two restaurants, bonfire everyday on terrace with musical disco lights, the view of sunset as well as sunrise is awesome from the terrace. Its at a height so it offers a valley view from one side of its rooms and its worth the money. Parking is available on site. The space is a little small but at the same time its at a height so this is obvious. but the security manages to help in parking. And yes, they have a secret garden that's beautiful. its a 3 flight of stairs with beautiful flowers and trees on both sides of stairs from the 5th floor. so this garden is a natural garden on the mountain that is connected from the hotel at 5th floor. Overall an amazing experience.

Das erste Zimmer welches wir bekommen haben war schimmelig und es waren Flecken auf dem Bettlaken. Nach einer Zahlung von 1000 Rupien haben wir ein ZimmerUpgrade erhalten, dieses Zimmer war sauberer.

Location at the View Point and amongst the misty mountains, clouds into eh room during the day

The view on the valley side was fabulous, the staff went out and got me some kingfishers, the food was very good and delivered to my room hot and fresh , I enjoyed my stay, although it was short, a mere overnight before collecting some other tree and tea filled vistas.

This hotel was very crowded and the checking in and checking out was a confusion for the staff. The room, bathroom, and amenities were so so. I personally didnt like it. The wifi service was poor. It seems like they wanted to have it all and show it all but lacked focus on quality. Even the dinner had a whole lot of menu but the quality was not to my expectation.

Wonderful place to stay with family. We were well looked after.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights and had mixed feelings about my stay. The hotel is located in a wonderful location and the view is just splendid. However it is 7-8km away from Munnar town so except for Punarjani village, nothing is really closeby. Hotel was clean but they could do better. In hotels.com listing it said the following would be provided - tea/coffee maker, slippers in bathroom and bathroom with shower/tub. Unfortunately my room did not have any of that and when I specifically asked about coffee/ tea, I was told that I need to purchase it. In the bathroom, shower did not work and a bucket was provided to shower from tap. They offer only shampoo and soap, so bring your own conditioner, shower cap and other amenties. Room service will only clean your room, if you put the clean my room tag in the door. Breakfast spread was mostly indian food with toast, eggs and cereal with hot milk as the western options. During my stay, wifi was spotty on first day and on second day it did not work at all. I did dine in hotel for dinner and the vegetarian curry that I ordered was excellent. Overall, it is an average hotel with room for improvement.

The hotel is located away from the town in serene environment in lush green tea plantations and the view from the room ( valley view ) as wonderful. The hotel staff were polite and responsive. Overall, stay was good and I would recommend this hotel.

Probably one of the best locations in Munnar. Views from the room are breathtakingly. The hotel itself and the rooms are decent. They have a nightly campfire on the terrace which makes it really fun.

The location and the ambience of the hotel was quite superb. The view from the hotel was also quite enchanting and very pleasing. The cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel was excellent. The service was quite prompt. The food -both breakfast and the dinner - was of good quality. I would strongly recommend this to persons who who want to have memorable stay.

Excellent spa services. Rooms not clean

This place is popular with middle class Indians, and is designed to meet their needs, rather than that of an international travel. I would recommend one of the many homestays in Munnar rather than this place.

Our room faced the tea plantations and the mountains in the distance. Fantastic. The room was very large with a separate seating room. Comfortable and clean. It is not located in Munnar city but 8 km before the city of Munnar. It is close to folk culture programs. Breakfast was included and provided a wide variety of Indian items and made to order eggs. Has a work-out room and spa services that we did not use. We would stay here again.

Nice friendly staff. All time wel served. Affordable price... N food. Especially nice view from hotel room.
