The bathroom shower was faulty and did not work. The property needs maintenance and rooms have not been renovated and are worn out.

Comfy rooms and overall a good stay

This property service and overall maintenance is quite poor. The staff is inexperienced. The restaurant service is poor. Theybhave curtialed cost in providing hand towels etc

Nice property, limited food options

The hotel needs a lot of maintenance. The telephone in the room is not working.The curtains are torn and falling down. The lockers are not functioning properly. The hotel is noisy with some construction work happening next door.

Property was good but some of the furniture was and torne

Not recommended for family stay… staff is not cordial… this hotel is specifically for business stays where industry representatives stay for mandatory halt… it’s not advisable for family stay or holiday…

1. Hot water was not there to take bath. 2 breakfast was very average. 3. Staff had no smile on their faces 4. Pillows had dust in them 5. This hotel advertises itself as 5 star, but nothing 5 start about it. 6. When I reached the property nobody were there to help me with my luggage or guide me towards parking 7. Wash room had hair everywhere

Hotel could have a more customer friendly policy. The hotel was not empty, but did not have the option to book a Refundable room. Made a mistake with the dates while booking and the hotel refused to refund the money. I paid for 3 rooms without using it.

Rooms were clean. Checkin and checkout were easy and quick. Friendly staff

Property is poorly maintained.

Please avoid staying here. It is a run down property and no service at all. Bath towels are almost brown with all edges worn off… looks like they use the same for the floor cleaning !!! Had to call seven times for getting an iron box. Finally they sent one broken and replacement one had melted silk on it. If you ask for extra towels, they will count how many are staying and sending them… pathetic hotel… this is not same old Radisson group. They are confusing with phonetically similar name…. You will almost feel like staying in a refugee camp !!!! Better skip this hotel for your peace of mind….

Not very clean, taps used are of poor quality inside washroom

I was on a business trip and stayed here due to proximity of the site I was visiting. There is nothing else around within walking distance. Bed was saggy, and the the room, furniture and furnishings were old and worn out even in the two room suite. Only good thing was the room rate, but maybe "you get what you pay for" applies to this hotel. Do not book the rate that includes breakfast, unless there are many of you in the room. It's MUCH cheaper to just buy breakfast each day.

Great stay and cost matched quality. Food was good and staff was welcoming.
