Staying at Nivah is like staying with your favourite family members. The property is amazing, but the staff are even more amazing. The staff could not have been more attentive if they tried and are so lovely and caring. I absolutely love staying her. Thank you for having us again.

Charming and Welcoming Stay at a Historic Guest House
We had a truly lovely experience at this charming guest house. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm and attentive service. Every interaction felt personal and thoughtful.
The food options available suited different tastes. We appreciated the effort they put into providing quality meals throughout our stay.
The historic grounds were maintained, offering a peaceful and picturesque setting. One unexpected but delightful touch was the resident cat, who made the place feel even more like home. We look forward to seeing the cat and the hotel staff again soon.

The hotel has a ‘no-guest-policy’ and does not allow drivers or anyone but the resident on the property. I had booked a room for two people, even though I stayed by myself. Even then, the driver was not allowed to go inside the hallway, and the lobby.
It is a standard practice in India for hotels to foresee a space/room/facility for drivers. I did not enjoy my stay because I was shocked about the rudeness of this policy.
If I book a room for two people, I have the right to meet anyone who joins me as a second person, in the hotel, lobby, in my room, or anywhere on the property.
I do not recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at Nivah when visiting Moradabad for my son’s wedding. Mr. Yateendra who is the manager is the best. He made our stay as if we were staying in his home. Wonderfully place!

Very beautiful estate, lovely villa from historic times with beautiful surroundings and garden.
Rooms are very well preserved in historic style. Very accomdating. We felt very much at home.
Rooms are very clean and staff very friendly and caring.
Highest recommendation from our side.
If you pass the region, e.g. to get to Corbett National Park, don‘t miss your chance to stay here.

Heritage palace. Make you feel king of Moradabad. Modern hotel building around seperete living style .you will find tower luxurious hotel but this is just different. I never locked my room in three days stay not fair to say home away home I rather say palace away from home. Love it thank you Mr Yatin bhutt for taking care of my stay

Had an amazing stay in Nivah. Property surpassed expectations and the service from the House manager Yatindra was first class. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble. The place is really beautiful and one should visit it with the loved ones.

This hotel is by far the best place to stay in Moradabad. The charming decor throughout, very comfortable rooms and extremely attentive staff are sure to impress anyone coming through the city. Cannot recommend more highly.

The Nivah is a jewel of a hotel in the centre of a very busy, loud city. The staff is excellent and the accommodations are perfect, extremely comfortable suite, excellent breakfast. The staff, in particular Mr.Yatendar, are extremely helpful and made my stay even more pleasant. This small boutique hotel is the only place I would consider staying in when visiting Moradabad.

I have stayed in many Hotels, some were amazing while some left a bad taste But this place NIVAH has left a memorable impression on my mind, body & soul. To begin with.....the moment the doors of this property opens you are in a different world and the moment you step in your room, you are in fairy world. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the linens are absolutely spotless. I have never seen a hotel like this so clean and BEAUTIFUL. YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH THE PLACE( mark my words)
