浦那 O 酒店

很不错的酒店，应该有五星标准，新酒店，就在gemany bakery 旁边，服务也不错，早餐还可以，可惜没看到游泳池，也没来得及在周边戈雷岗公园跑个步。周边无意找到一家中国餐馆，很棒，比在德里与孟买吃的都好，也不贵，叫sizzling china,在north main road上，值得推荐。

Room was spacious and good however dusty. Staff was good but was continuously following up for check out. Gym too small and bad in shape. Need more amenities

The staff were amazing… so kind and friendly. The manager Alankarr was super fantastic at helping me with my bags and helping me get to the Osho resort. I have been coming to the O hotel now for 17 years and this stay was wonderful. Thankyou Amanda Hucks

Decent hotel tucked away in Koregaon Park. Great views & across from Osho gardens. Bathroom amenities were bare minimum. Excellent staff, satisfying breakfast to get your day started.

Coming from a frequent traveler- the WORST possible hotel ever. Whe you imagine the worst- it’s a couple of notches below that.

High priced hotel and not worth it. Location was not very convenient; they do not allow outside food in the hotel, yet their dining is mediocre. Our fuse blew out and we had no power in the room for several hours because they did not send anyone to fix it, despite us telling them three times. Laundry cost was outrageously high. Some of the reception staff were unable to fulfill our requests to ask someone to fix the various problems we had in the room such as fuse blowing out and non-functional tea/coffee maker. Rest of the staff were very polite and the hotel is otherwise comfortable and quiet. Breakfast buffet was not as extensive as other similar hotels in the area and many items were unnecessarily greasy. Several employees were quite sexist and racist and greeted my husband constantly but ignored my presence. Housekeeping staff were very quick to respond and nice, once they knew there was a problem. Just getting to let them know was a problem in itself. I will never stay here again. We went with the intention of brining a large group of students with us next year, but will certainly not be doing that. We did not get a discount for not having a coffee machine that worked and not having electricity either. The gym is very small and crappy.

Your staff is excellent. I want to recognize some of your exemplary employees. Nikita and Lili at the front desk were superb. I travel around the world and Bapu is one of the best drivers that I have ever had, he was simply outstanding. Panday and Prashant at the front door were excellent. Suresh, the housekeeper was very good. And the wait staff and manager at the outdoor dining area on the rooftop were all very good. Thank you, your hotel made Pune my favorite city in India.

We liked the pool, but we felt that the location was not in the right place

The staff was horrible and was not at all cooperative. They were providing the regular RO filtered water with a sticker of O hotel on top and said that this is what they are giving everyone which i think is really not good on being forced with the RO water. The staff was also not good.

Extremely expensive restaurant Window at the rooms can not open Otherwise very good hotel

The Hotel Service and Hospitality has gone down in last 4 years. The breakfast is very limited and quality not the same as it used be. Internet was not working. I had use my Mob hotspot to work. Overall not a great experience this time.

This hotel is amazing it's so friendly and comfortable. The staff are amazing and the room great with a big bed and huge window to watch the sunrise .its the best hotel in Pune xx

The check in process took way too long, I almost fell asleep in the lobby. The room was okay, but for the price I’d expect much more. There are far better hotels for a little more price

Nice, comfortable room with great amenities . I didn’t get a double bed though requested. It had two joint twin beds. Breakfast had both continental and Indian items. The room did not have any outlets next to bed to charge your phone which was an incovenience.

Perfect hotel.

Luxurious hotel at a great price. After staying in various places throughout India, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. Also amazing rooftop lounges and restaurants with 360 views and high quality food and service.
