No wifi , no hot shower , no coffee or tea , nothing !

The Old Goa residency is a comfortable old bungalow style compound, set among towering palm and old trees. You can not beat it for the price. Bus service is good, the on site restaurant is good. The management very helpful

Myself and wife enjoyed the stay expect one issue. I have booked the accommodation through Expedia through my credit card and the message displayed was payment successful . While vacating the room I was asked to pay the room charges when I explained the amount was paid for this the lady in the reception was just blunt saying Expedia did not pay us. This was an unfriendly behavior of the lady ultimately the lady went behind and the gentleman in the reception connected to Expedia and requested me to speak to the Expedia people in turn they explained that the card details will go through but the payment will not be deducted hence I have to pay and in case the payment is made twice the hotel will reimburse it. I peacefully paid the amount keeping in mind to check the details with my bank.

I arrived at night and was welcomed. It was nice to have a well-lighted place, clean, and reliable. The next day the staff was helpful in offering me some advice about medical facilities in the town. A good "home base" in Old Goa. Convenient to the RR station too.

It is very conveniently located hotel,close to tourist places & transport facilities. It is green & quite once you are inside. Has full service restaurant. Great value for money.

Just down the road from St Francis cathedral and around the corner from a wax museum,scare house, and 12 D movie theatre. This hotel has good and friendly customer service with the cleaning and service staff, but shoddy service with the front desk. If you want to go into town, a bus runs for next to nothing which you can catch at the end of the street the hotel is on.

considerig general conditions in India the hotel was excellent. No problems - and being the only hotel in the vicinity of the Old Goa St Francis shrine - real convenient for piligrims.

Very good, really enjoyed here, very nice and spacious room and very near to the famous churches of goa. Enjoyed every minute of my stay here. Would recommend this to all of you.

Most depressing stay so far in Goa. Paid for 5 nights, left after 2. Staff is terrible, gives paper cups with tea!
