One of the worst five star hotels that I have been to.. nowhere near any of the five star hotels in Pune like Taj/ JW Marriott, Westin,.. Poor construction quality and staff training ensures a terrible experience. On top of that the property is currently surrounded by construction activities everywhere causing significant amount of dust and pollution all through the day and even odd hours of the night.. staff has absolutely no interest in resolving any issues.. photos and description on the site are also misleading, give it a miss if you want peace of mind..

One of India's best golf courses! Came here to play for 2 days. Enjoyed it thoroughly

Very nice property, I would stay there again next time. The only challenge was getting there by Uber is tricky, the roads are bumpy and under construction. Use a car not auto-rickshaw.

New building at great course in the hills. Nice quick step away from the city. Quality of furnishings could be better and the overall house keeping cleanliness has much room to improve. This is true for the new Iconic and the original Residences. My experience from visiting several times over tha past 5 years.

Solid stay. Nice room, good food, enjoyed the golf. Breakfast needs a little work.

The only thing I found unsatisfactory was that the food plates outside the room were not being cleaned on time. The plates of the guests before us were in the lobby, along with our snacks and dinner plates, until we checked out of the hotel.

We were provided with a cottage for our stay. The room was small and did not have adequate furniture like a study table and chair or a small sofa to sit. The room had only a queen size bed and two small side tables. It did not give the impression of a 4 star hotel.

Great property , poor housekeeping. Highly recommended for families. Request proper cleaning of apartment in advance

The property is good and the view is awesome. However couple of things to keep in mind while you book: 1. Do not book mountain view as it’s ‘blocked view’ and doesn’t give u the advantage of site 2. The restaurant is like running hall. Very dirty. While the food is good 3. Staffs are extremely demotivated and reflects on their behaviour while they deal with guests. Front desk is very neutral and unfriendly

Good property. Ask reception for a room facing the gold course, otherwise your room is going to face a mountain wall next to your room.

The property is stunning! They have got rooms overlooking the golf course and the settig is perfect to be away from the city while still being in the city. The condition of the chalet rooms needs to be looked into. Service is where they lack. Food is good but only the Indian cuisine, other cuisines are nothing to write home about. Asked for a filtered water jug in the room but was refused. For someone who consciously avoids plastic bottles wherever possible, it is annoying! Go there to get away from the city crowds. You can even try your hand at the driving range.

Amazing, serene well maintained property and worth the tariff

Excellent place with some great sporting facilities. Well connected fm Mumbai and highly recommended for anyone who likes the cool n calm that Lonaval once was famous for. Accommodation was good and so was the variety of food. Only wish like they have caddies for golf, there would have been someone to play squash or badminton with.

Excellent location, with beautiful and well maintained golf course. Its not only golf course but has amazing other sports facilities. Highlight is the restaurant facing hills and golf course, with friendly staff and reasonable food prices, excellent hotel to relax and do some sports activities with friend and family. Check in process could be better.

Awesome location and getaway just 30 min from main city. The overall experience was nice and the room location and ambience is mind blowing. The rooms could have been cleaner with more attention to detail.. there were stains on towels, in the restroom, and wrappers lying around. The hotel and room service could be better with well informed and trained staff.
