We had a very disappointing experience right from day one. - We had a booking for 2 superior rooms. When we arrived we were told that we will be given 2 rooms on separate floors. After a long discussion of how this is unfair to us, they agreed to giving us 1 room and 1 cottage next to each other. the cottage SMELLED LIKE A ROTTEN CARCASS. I am assuming the room is built on top of the septic/sewage tank of the hotel. They used room freshener to make it better but it just solved the problem temporarily. - On the second day, we left the keys with the hotel so then can clean the room. When we arrived in the evening, we saw that the back door was left open and when we informed them about it all they had to say was a miser "Sorry". - A staff member was cleaning our room and was extremely careless while moving stuff around. He hurt one of my friends toes with a chair while trying to move the chair for cleaning. Worse, he kept arguing on how my friend should complain about it since he was not bleeding. - The breakfast for its price is extremely poor. Overall, highly overpriced hotel

I wouldn't stay here ever again even if someone paid me.... the rooms are damp and smelly the staff are not helpful at all and the place looks like it should have been blown up. £100 per night for four nights we got ripped off so much so we left after the second night and lost our money. As you can see from the pictures I am not lying, the "bed" was a piece of foam on a concrete slab. We both ended up sick from sleeping in damp conditions this place needs knocking down. I have shared my views with Expedia and am still waiting for a response. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

From what it looked like in the photos, our Deluxe AC room was nothing like the photos. Room was small and ceiling so low that I felt suffocated. The room window overlooked what seemed to be a warehouse area of the hotel, could not open curtains as there was no privacy. Bathroom shower tap came off when I turned it. AC swing flap was broken as well as the remote! In the end, we shifted to a superior room which was a little better but still lacked privacy. Noises from the hotel reception could still be heard. Overall, a bad experience and will not visit again. The only pro was their restaurant which had a nice open air feel to it. The food was above average - we had chilly chicken and fried rice. Its not suitable for couples and I would not recommend this property.

Paparazzi hotel location is great compared to value you paying . Nice quite place . Beach is hardly 3min walk way . *** Note : Do not forget to carry cash , they do not allow card payments .

Rooms are good and neat and clean,wonderful lawn..they dont have a swimming pool,meal was awesome specially vegitarian food.

Friendly staff, shame the rooms are in poor condition, damp & smelly, wouldn't recommend until they give the place a good clean

It was quite contradictory accommodation. On one hand it was a nice room with air conditioner and roof ventilator. On the other one it has horrible bathroom with sinking sink and shower with a hole in the floor, sometimes it smelled very bad, sometimes there were no water. Staff is very friendly and ready to help, but once they "forgot" to order the taxi and we were late to our appointment.

It was great staying in this resort during our stay. The food was awesome with buffet breakfast every day. Food and Drinks menu had much varieties to the satisfaction. Ambience was good too with live music performance in evening. Beach was at a walkable distance of 3-4 mins which was the biggest advantage. The staff was very polite and always on the front to help anything you want. Travel desk was also very helpful in arranging vehicles and trip to the locations you want. Overall, it was nice experience to be there....

The Coffee machine the hot water gysers were not working, the ammenties displayed on the website were not available. Not worth the price, will not recommend it to anyone

We spent 2 nights and 3 days at this hotel, and overall its a hotel we'd only recommend if you're looking for a place to crash in the night, close to the beach and shopping and restaurants. The room was poorly maintained for the exorbitant price we paid, due to the peak season. The A/c would turn on/off and the fan speed fluctuated the entire time, which was very frustrating while sleeping. The TV never worked, despite complaining to the staff 2-3 times. And the water heater is a small capacity that isn't enough for 2 people. The bed was just okay, not the most comfortable one for a hotel. And the bathroom had a dirty water bucket & broken mug, with a low pressure in the shower and taps. Overall, just a okay hotel for a short stay.

Four star for the stay and locaton - Overall, it was a nice stay at Paparazzi. Excellent location, close to Baga and Calangute beaches, also you can slip into unknown beach just 2 mins walk from the hotel. Food options were limited. Breakfast during 1st two days were extremely of no choice because chef was out on vacation (glad he was back during 2nd half of my stay). Hotel staff were nice and friendly specially their executive chef - Great asset to this property. One limitation was on strict checkout timing which can be lenient and extendable by an hour or two with no extra charges when you have no back to back bookings. This would reflect a good guesture in building loyalty and goodwill, good for the Hotel business. Receptionists were good but scared of MD and expected their guest should also be paranoid which was quite funny. Reminded me of school days. However, MD seems to be a warm and nice guy during my short catch up.

Not again

Good hotel with friendly staff... Only disappointment was limited choice of foods... I guess the chief chef was on leave.. so only few could be chosen from the menu card... that is understandable... otherwise a good property... close to the beach... excellent location... close to all happening party places in Baga... clean and spacious rooms... good staff... courteous behavior...
