Good breakfast and service. Rooms are clean—recommend this hotel.

The hotel was good and conveniently located close to the airport. Couple of things: - The listing on Expedia says they have Airport Transportation for a Surcharge but they don't offer this. So this has to be corrected - The music in the common areas and especially in the corridor areas is loud. It could be heard inside the rooms in the night even with the doors closed. Not ideal if you are trying to catch some sleep. Needs to be lowered or shut down in the corridors at least.

The staff was very helpful. The property is in a safe residential area and a lot of restaurants are within 10 minutes of driving distance. The rooms were clean and well managed.

Had a pleasant stay!! Clean and hygienic room, fluffy pillows and food were amazing. Housekeeping department guys are really good. Thank you!!

The room was good to stay.It was noisy around the room you can here people talking outside the room and inside the room.no tv working and also the restaurant was not good don't have much menu options have to wait long to get food or plates during buffet breakfast even if you are early.and the plates were not washed or cleaned properly.

Location was pretty good (right on the highway and easy to find..thanks to the big sign on top of the hotel). In general, the hotel infrastructure seemed new and the room was nice and cosy. But the temperature control on the AC didn't work as we tried changing the temperature twice during the night but failed. The exhaust in the bathroom was missing/defunct. Also, the temperature control on the hand-held shower wasn't working. The breakfast-buffet spread was extensive but none of the offerings were enticing enough for a second calling.

The room was comfortable enough. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was nice. The dinner was included in the package, but was a very limited menu and not good value for money.

My stay was very comfortable. The room, bed and shower was excellent. The only thing which customers could look into during check in is that not to request for a corner room as wifi is not very strong.

I stayed in this hotel for approx 2 weeks. The hotel location is decent although the surrounding area may not leave a very good impression. I found the b/f and food ok with good service. You will have to make some effort in case you want to eat out, no nearby restaurant! Rooms are spacious. This hotel is a very good deal for the price.

Overall - Very good

This is a great place. A real gem. I am from the US. The interiors of this hotel room is like a 3 or 4 star but at a 2 star price. It is away from the city and busy streets. And above all the free Wi-fi is blessing. I will stay again.

A hidden gem tucked away off a very busy street. From the minute u walk in you are greeted with a smiling face and a "HELLO, WELCOME TO THE PARK ORNATE". There are not many hotels around the world in today's society where you get a warm greeting. The room was very clean and spotless,and was kept that way daily with the excellent and again friendly house keeping staff. The morning breafast buffet was well presented and you had your choice of eating in,or out under a canopy,surrounded by gardens. But get ready for the constant black out's as this is commom all over India..But not to worry,the ORNATE has a very good generator,that keeps u watching tv.
