I think the ownership of the hotel does not have any experience in running hospitality business, the staff is nice and well intended but does not have any training in hotel business , I booked through hotels.com with all mela inclusive but at the hotel they refused to honor the meal part and they wanted me to take up with hotels.com , internet connection was very sketchy and they had no room router left , I asked for iron which they sent in the room which was not working , the locker box in the room had wrong instructions on how to operate , I did not try there foos so cannot comment on that , the Aircondition worked perfectly , at the time of checkout they had no staff to come over and get the bags so I had to drag all the suitcases myself , I would not stay here agin If I had a choice , I normally stay at fern but due to cricket match in rajkot they were sold out , it is a great location so an experienced operator can really do well , I wish them good luck

Un welcoming reception.Front desk needs a improvement.Not so friendly.I waited for check out despite being informed in advance.Food taste need to be improved and nothing big on menu. Location is close by to market.

Platinum turned out to be a little more than expected! The hotel is ideally located within close distance to shopping and eateries. The rooms are comfortable with good bathroom supplies. While the food on offer was excellent both in restaurant and room service, the breakfast could be more innovative by offering a greater choice of fruit and cereals. Top of the marks has to be the excellent staff from room cleaning to waiters and the front desk. Shows that the management do a super job! A highly recommended hotel 👏👍

We stayed at platinum with family, the hotel was clean, staff were very courteous and helpful, we definitely stay there again.

The hotel has a good location and staff is polite and Gold Service. As per Rajkot city it is high priced but overall it is clean property

Beware of Opportunist Charges. They will not respect all aspects of your Expedia booking voucher. The booking voucher clearly stated Extra Person is CAD $ 5.73 for Extra person per day.They Charged CAD 18/- per day for Extra person in INR conversion. IF the hotel was not on Expedia, i was not their Customer. Period !!. Expedia refunded the Extra charge. Booked the Hotel from Toronto for my Brother and Family visiting Rajkot. Opportunistic Greed overrides any Ethics or Morals in that part of the World so be aware of what you are booking and be prepared of exorbitant Charges, once you are their customer. Greedy....Unethical......No remorse for doing so, and they bluntly say, we don't respect any other terms in the booking voucher, except we have 2 persons authorized by Expedia, now you are under our umbrella, and will charge what we want and not what Expedia says.

Good and very clean hotel. Excellent breakfast and WIFI. Very good customer service and care. We will recommend this hotel for everyone. Whenever we come back to Jalandhar we will stay in this hotel.

Considering that you are in a Tier 2 city, the hotel is quite good with comfortable & spacious rooms. The service and cleanliness is good as well. Their breakfast spread was surprisingly great! The only down side was the high number of flies in the dining area - probably due to the rainy season I guess. But overall a great hotel.
