The entire experience was quite disappointing. The staff was largely unresponsive, and our check-in was delayed by almost an hour. Several amenities were still under construction, which was not communicated beforehand. We had booked the room for three guests, yet basic facilities and amenities were provided for only one person. To make matters worse, I found the manager's attitude to be rude and unhelpful when we raised our concerns. Given that this hotel is part of a well-known and reputed hospitality group, I expected a much higher standard of service and guest experience. Unfortunately, the reality fell far short of expectations. Overall, I would not recommend this property based on my experience.
