The Pride is my regular hotel in Pune. I’m practically a regular and it’s a second home to me. Room service, laundry, air conditioning, two restaurants on site, pool, spa - all make it worth it. I prefer to have family visit me there than to drive around Pune when jet lagged. It’s also centrally located especially if you want to see the Old City.

As a former Pune native, this is my go-to place to stay when I visit. It is centrally located, especially close to Old City - the Peths, Deccan and so on. The amenities are lovely. It is a quiet oasis in the middle of a noisy and crowded city. The two restaurants, in-house spa, pool, and incredible front desk and concierge services make it all wonderful. My extended family usually stays with me at the hotel.

Front office staff was uninformed and told me I did not have the free breakfast although that was part of my trip. They later acknowledged the staff made a mistake. In room dining menu is mediocre at best, the in room dining staff was courteous and helpful. Housekeeping staff was fine but mini bar was never stocked. Location is good but looks like property is not kept up to date, not spending on cleanup and upgrades.

Careful of upper floors. The railing is very low and can result in a person falling to their death. Rooms were in below average condition. Bad lighting in room esp bathroom. Can’t even see the face in the mirror. Staff is nice but poorly trained resulting in back and forth. They were unable to also get my wifi working on my iPhone

PRIDE Pune is supposed to be a 5-star hotel. However, it has a feel of a 3-star or 4-star hotel. The rooms are dilapidated. The bedsheets, towels etc. did not have a fresh feel and smell. The room did not have the feel of a room that had been properly cleaned and sanitized. I paid more for one night at PRIDE Pune than at THE LEELA in Mumbai which is what PRIDE should aspire to be. Very disappointing one night stay at PRIDE. The only positive is that the staff that I interacted with were very helpful and courteous

It was a good stay

This is my second stay at Pride Hotel and I would stay here again due to the attentiveness and affordability of the hotel. Granted it is a bit worn and could use an update but it is very comfortable, like a well lived in home might be. They are very attentive and if you have a problem do respond in a timely fashion. Good technology, wifi, tv etc. The breakfast spread is great and worth making time to take advantage of. I would definitely stay there again, they remembered me from my trip last year!

needs renovation

It was ok - but not great. Food was so-so. Staff were slow. On the other hand, no significant downsides.

Check in experience was bad, they asked me to wait even though I was trying to check in late. Room was dirty, towels were dirty, air condition was not working and had to change the room.

Misleading while booking... App didn't inform that frnd who is not married couple can't chk in together or wouldn't have booked

This is slightly a old property but the rooms are neat. The food was also okay. WIFI speed was good as well.
