I had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is excellent, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel is truly impressive. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. That being said, the property is starting to show its age. Some areas, particularly the guest room corridors and parts of the rooms themselves, would benefit from repairs and renovations. Overall, still a great experience, and I look forward to seeing future updates!

I do not understand why the reception lady requested to take the photos with us, but we felt embarrassed and uncomfortable. Also, the fellow at the reception during check-out took my credit card for payment of the bill, but his intentions were not clear when he kept it upside down to have a comfortable view of the CVC code.

A great stay close to the airport. Only let down for us was the noise from the giant screen next door. We had an early flight and the noise from the cricket then music went past midnight.

Very poor service for breakfast. The person taking omelette order was very rude and banged his pen to his clipboard asking for the table number very rudely. The seater never informed us table number and the table number was not visible on the table.

Very close to the airport. A small shopping arcade with a few restaurants is adjacent.offer a wide variety of food choices. Buffet breakfast, dinner and lunch were all well done and the service was attentive. Great options prior to flying out or day of arrival.

Everything perfect

Great hotel. Comfortable and clean. Special mention to the helpful and excellent customer service that Duty Manager, Aashish, provided when I had a hotel issue.

Had a great 1 night stay at this hotel on the way to Kochi. The hotel was conveniently close to the airport

The property has seen better days. Staff are pleasant.

It took the check in staff some time to.locate our booking, then all was fine. We have a 3 people occupancy but the room.was prepared for 2 , nonethe less a few calls sorted it, location is very good, a wide range of restaurants, including a food court within walking distance, Breakfast spread was good. One thing that left me very impressed was the special 7 hours wash service, competitively priced

It was very easy to get to Pride Plaza from the Airport. The staff was super helpful. Some areas if the hotel can be renewed and updated, but a great location and good value.

Very nice stay. Only reason I am giving only a 3 star for the overall rating is because there is definitely lot of room for improvement in the quality and taste of the food selection at the lunch buffet
