Because i got injury on my leg, the counter staff and team leader arranged me to stay at the handicap room with well facilities. i am glad that i received a good service during the two days.

The crew are really nice and helpful for tourists. Smooth check in and check out experience are received. Also, the location is safe and perfect for transferring.

Check-in was smooth and welcoming, and the location in Aerocity is very convenient. However, a few aspects of the stay fell short of expectations. Water replenishment took four calls and several hours, which was disappointing. The air-conditioning caused condensation that left the entrance to the room damp and slippery, and the shower water seeped into the toilet area, leaving the bathroom floor messy. With some improvements in service responsiveness and room maintenance, the overall experience could be much better.

The staff was very unsupportive and hospitality terrible. Our early check in request was denied, which is still understandable. We instead decided to wait in the hotel lobby for the standard check in time. We were treated with disgust, and staff members telling us that we need to pay for sitting on the couch in the hotel lobby. Never in any part of the world have I experienced this. Definitely not the 5-star experience that they advertise. Will definitely avoid this place in future. The room was clean though.

I have nothing positive to share about this property. I had someone come and see me for some time at the hotel while I was staying there; the front desk called us back from the elevators and asked us to produce the IDs of the visitors, wasting significant amount of our time. My guests had to go back to their car and get their IDs checked. That's not all; then they also wanted to know for how long they were visiting, like it's some military camp or something. This was super annoying and insulting. They already had my ID when I checked in. Never in my life have I experienced this. I will make sure none of my acquaintances go and stay at this property ever.

Que dire: on arrive avec une réservation confirmée et payée et l’on vous dit qu’ils n’ont pas chambre et ils vous laissent vous debrouiller seul dans le hall et après ils vous demandent de partir. A 7000 km de chez soi, un tel dénigrement de la clientèle est inacceptable. Heureusement qu’Hotels.com était la pour résoudre mon problème en me relogeant sans frais dans un véritable 5 étoiles avec un vrai service.

Bad hotel management. Training is lacking. Cleanliness is poor. A used condom was left in the room. Bedsheets were not changed.

Wir haben 5 Sterne Luxus erwartet. Bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer das nach Schimmel gerochen hat sobald die Klimaanlage nicht lief und Türen wurden nur Frauen aufgehalten. Die Bettlaken hatten Flecken die beim waschen wohl nicht mehr rausgehen. Das beste war das freundliche Reinigungspersonal im 4. Stock und beim check out war man auch sehr sehr freundlich. Das Hotel scheint in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Die Lage ist sehr gut!

I have stayed in multiple hotels in Aerocity but this was my first time in pride plaza. It is a nice hotel as one would expect; clean and nice rooms and service. 2 things they can do better: 1. I got a whatsapp msg a day prior to checkin for details to help a faster checkin but when ai reached nothing from the msg was updated. It took a long time to checkin 2. I had reserved a early morning drop to the airport and someone had made a note of it but when I reached, the counter had no idea. They could have arranged but I tried uber with 1/10th of the cost Overall a good hotel but had some minor operational issues

ホテル近くに飲食店街があり便利です。 清潔感もあり気持ちよく滞在できました。 付近に野良犬がたくさんいますが襲ってくることはないです。

It's a good option for staying overnight near the airport, the staff are attentive, and the buffet is good.
