Everything is great, including the room, service and food at the restaurant. We had a pleasant time staying here. Breakfast was fantastic, got a lot of choices. We moved from Novotel to Pullman, and both hotels were very nice to help us move the luggage from room to room. We definitely will choose to stay here again next time when we visit.

Very friendly and helpful hotel staffs. Delicious meal. I booked a hotel car to tour down town New Delhi for 4 hours. Paid 4,000. It was a nice trip and good ride.

Shady. They tax the tax, then casually accuse you of raiding the minibar. When confronted with facts, the charges evaporate—instantly. No explanation, no apology. Just a quiet retreat. Odd? No. Revealing. It reads like a pressure play that counts on silence. Push back, and the house folds.

As a single female traveller this hotel gave me all the comfort and security I needed. Everything you would expect from a premium hotel. Big ££££

We were disappointed with several aspects of our stay. Water leaked out of the shower stall every time we used it, even though the door was properly closed, leaving the bathroom floor completely wet after each shower. The pillows were inconsistent in size. Two were unusually large and square, and uncomfortable, more like cushions, while the other two were regular pillows (which was good). Additionally, we requested to exchange SGD 200 to Indian rupees. The front desk informed us that only SGD 50 could be exchanged due to limited availability, at a rate of 66. We agreed, but were given only 3,000 Indian rupees and told that no more currency was available. This was disappointing for a hotel of this standard. As we were in a rush, we accepted it. Overall, our experience did not meet expectations.

Nice hotel but needs upgrades I was so surprised that I had options of smoking or non smoking rooms in this era the carpet in the hallway walking to my room was torn and patched looked really dirty . Will never recommend this hotel to anyone

Pullman proved to be an ideal haven for us to recharge before embarking on a long international flight. Our stay was delightful, with plenty of opportunities to bond as a family within the hotel's comfortable confines, as well as explore the nearby shopping mall for some last-minute retail therapy. The hotel's thoughtful approach to room service was also a highlight, with a menu tailored to alleviate the stresses of jet lag and cater to families' diverse tastes. We're already looking forward to our next stay at Pullman on our future travels to India.
