Friendly staff and complimentry breakfast.

ちょっと建物は古びていましたが、シャワーなど問題なく使えました。小ぢんまりしたホテルで高層でないので安心感がありました。 ホテルの応対も良かったし、朝食も美味しかったです。 あと地下鉄の駅が近くて便利でした。 これはホテルのせいではないですが、空港からはけっこう距離がありました。

Habe den Arbeitsbereich nicht genutzt. Es gibt einige Geschäfte in der Nähe, diese sind aber nur schlecht zu erreichen

バスターミナル近くのホテルと言う条件で選びましたが外見が予想以上に立派で驚きました。大きなロビーは吹き抜けになっていて雰囲気もよくロビーもレストランもとてもきれいです。 レセプションスタッフはとても礼儀正しくチェックイン前の時間でしたがすぐに部屋を用意してくれました。チェックアウトの時も同じスタッフさんたちでしたが、知っている日本語を話してくれたりして、とてもフレンドリーで楽しかったです。 お部屋は広く必要な物は何でもそろっていて、日本人には嬉しいバスタブ付きでした。 朝食もインド料理中心ですが、種類が豊富で美味しかったです。 一番印象に残ったのは、すべてのスタッフの礼儀正しさです。 一泊の滞在でしたが本当に気持ちよく過ごすことができました。

Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. Good breakfast choices. Could have a shower place instead of bath tub. They should also be giving smaller towels for easier usage.

Dinner / lunch cost is a bit high and don't have see more varieties for vegetarian items.

Great service by the very courteous staff. Long due renovation though. Actually.. would be great to preserve the antique styles.. like the see through lifts which offer a view of the atrium.

The hotel have just renovated. Rooms are newly looking. Washroom is remodeled. Very pleasant stay with great kitchen staffs and cooks. Will come again.

I stayed here was a night and stay was ok. However on Wednesday 28th Aug there was an event in the hotel a private function and the music was blaring and was very very disturbing and loud. Complained to the amanager Mr Chandru and he mentioned he had asked the guests to reduce the volume but it was not happening. I understand the Sarovar has toed up withbthis hotel and i am shocked that Saovar allows their partner hotels to be so irresponsible towards other guests. I would never stay in this hotel and woll communicate to all my circles and social media to avoid this hotel as they are not guest friendly at all. So this hotel is avoidable because of their attitude

Nice place, just needs a once over. Staff are wonderful and make up for the bits around the staff

The stay was very comfortable, Property well located and very clean. breakfast choice was excellent. Bar and restaurant staff not well trained.

It was overall a very good experience. Very clean facilities all over the hotel and great breakfast. The premium room was very spacious . The only issue I faced was that the couch seat was stained and very old . Should replace the fabric asap.

Cleanliness and service However it was very noisy until 12 midnight from the lounGe bar and it is annoying especially guest from other countries where they try to get some rest from Jet lag Very very noisy and annoyed on Friday and Wednesday nights And other thing evenings to night times usually concierge is very busy and under staff needs to looked into Thank you and Kind regards Sukumar

We had a very pleasant stay! The in-room dining experience was great and the good was superb. We’ll definitely consider staying in Radha Regent again when back in Chennai! 👌

It was a very comfortable stay. My initial request for king bed was not met. However, On insisting for the same, it was provided. Everything about the place and stay was very satisfying.

Reception staff did not accept the booking for 2 guests made online through Trivago as we were made to pay additional charges. Pls. refer to the attachment showing online confirmation. Toilet amenities like soaps, tooth brush, etc had to be requested instead of being kept ready for guests after cleaning the room. Room not cleaned by Housekeeping even after clean my room card was hanged at the door. Overall satisfaction was achieved through service of restaurant manager & staff with excellent food provided by the kitchen.

The location Near the Arumbakkom metro railway directly linked to airport and other metro station was good, the buffet spread was fair, no complaints of any nature. Staff very pleasing. The property maintained fairly well. Overall a good experience & would like to come back again.

At Restaurant food quality and staff is very co-operative, including Chiefs they take care of your choice of food and food-test, And all types of food available
