Radisson Blu 酒店和套房 GRT Chennai

It was a pleasant experience to live in this hotel. In fact I left behind my pad charging cable in the room, after I contacted the staff they process right away and send me the cable to my next stay hotel in India, which is very thoughtful and efficient. I am grateful for their service, and I suggest any one goes to Chennai for staying in this Hotel - Blu Radisson.

I am very impressive about their service. Polite receptionist for complimentary airport pickup and got room card when you in their car before arrive hotel. Also, every rooms equip massage sofa.

Good and bad! Great staff and a special shout out to Andrew in the Dining Room and Roshan, the Senior Front of House Manager. Good - Nice pools, super staff, overall a nice hotel. Good bar and restaurants. Free Airport transfer and close to the airport. Bad - Terrible Club Lounge. Wasn't open for two days when I arrived. Limited food and drink options. Only 3 hot dishes and only coffeee and no tea. I had to order tea and it was almosy cold when I got it. I also ordered poached eggs for breakfast and got fried eggs. Nowhere near the standard of a 5 star hotel. This needs to be much improved. The use of "Suite" is misleading. To me a "Suite" is a living room, bathroom and bedroom, which this is not. No living room and my original room was very small, which was upgraded to a larger room thanks to Roshon, but still not a "Suite". Summary: I would stay again, just for the convenience of the airport. Hopefully, the management will improve the Club Lounge to bring it up to a 5 Star level.. As it stands, it is not worth the extra money, but has unrealised potential. Oh, and stop calling rooms "Suites".

Good airport location, clean room and superb staff.

Overall, it was a pleasant two-night stay. The hotel offers three restaurants. Breakfast was excellent, the kabab dinner was delightful, and the Kari Kadai restaurant was enjoyable. The spa experience was also wonderful.

All staff from front of door, recpetion, management and cleaning staff were excellent and very helpful. Radisson is Radisson. Excellent keep it up.

First rate hotel. Wonderful customer service. Breakfast options outstanding. Technology in guest rooms very modern and useful. Highly recommended.

Everything was excellent. Service , amenities. Only one tiny thing for improvement was air quality in room. Not bad odor but smelled of something a bit heavy and stifling. My allergies got a bit riled up. Needs filtering or airing. Also super convenient. They have pick up and drop off at airport.

Very friendly staff, and the dinner buffet was a journey in good tastes! Very nice and fully equipped fitness room. Will gladly come back!

Very spacious room, courteous staff and close to the airport. Food at the restaurant is really tasty, especially the breakfast with lot of choice. Overall, definitely my choice of place to stay when I visit Chennai next time.

I have booked with airport pick up at Chennai airport. The car ride was pleasant and car was clean and comfortable. The check in was a bit slow with only 2 check in desks. I had a slightly bigger room than my colleague who stayed next door. The room itself doesnt have any sunlight as the window was in the toilet. The room and toilet are modern decorated. I ordered room service - steamed fish and fried rice was good. Portion was huge for 1 pax. Overall i had a good stay.
