Staff not considerate during renovations. Very bad.

Everything was amazing, more than expected, from the entry to exit, from the spread at the breakfast to the cleanliness of the swimming pool and the ambience, amenities, and the surrounding and the location of the hotel was awesome

There is no kids play area and golf course. The listing gives a wrong notion that it has a golf course. Also, unlike all other 5 star hotels they will provide only khichdi as complementary kids meal, they expect kids to eat khichdi as all meals in the stay!

Hotel is recently renovated and very spacious. Rooms are large and clean. Breakfast was very good.

Dinner was terrible with very poor service. We had to leave half way through the dinner after waiting nearly an hour.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the hotel staff was very courteous and efficient.

Comfortable room, delicious breakfast, excellent sauna and jacuzzi. Pool is cold in winter.

From reception and restaurant service to room service and amenities, our experience was mixed. In the restaurant, Mr. Manglem and Mr. Ravikiran provided brilliant customer service and genuinely tried their best to learn from team mistakes. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet 5-star standards. The in-room amenities were limited to toothbrushes and a shaving kit — there were no toiletry bags or vanity kits. The shower also flooded, causing water to spill outside the shower area. The bellboy and security team were excellent. Our room was upgraded due to a lack of communication within the team. However, when we tried to use the happy hour service, we were told it was not included and that the upgrade applied only to the room. This again showed poor communication and was quite an embarrassing experience for us. Compared to Radisson Blu hotels in other cities, the Mysore property needs to improve its performance, customer service, quality, attention to detail, and staff training to provide prompt service to guests. Even the reception restrooms lacked basic essentials such as toilet paper and hand towels. Overall, we are very disappointed with Radisson Blu Mysore. We wish the hotel all the best for the future. Thank you to the staff members who made us feel valued as guests. Special recognition should go to Mr. Manglem, Mr. Ravikiran, and the restaurant team from hotel management.

Yes. Just had to ask for toilet paper. Felt very comfortable in a super clean place. Staff are doing a great job.

Dinner buffet could be more better

restaurant food was very good, all clean, very helpful staff. The hall and lobby fragrance is terrible though.
