This hotel has private beach, spacious resort village, good selection of breakfast. Unfortunately, there is nothing to shop if you go outside of the hotel.

Had good time in the resort

The accomodation was perfect! We only had a little problem with the booking, because we had booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child 15 years and at the Hotel wanted to charge us extra for the child. Special hotel rules... After discussing with the staff at the reception, the managerin solved the problem gently. Beside this, it was really great!

Hôtel calme avec une piscine exceptionnelle et un accès à la plage. Restaurant fermé donc le petit déjeuner a été transféré dans une grande salle borgne, hyper climatisée, sans aucun cachet.

If you’re looking for the best beach resort experience there is no better place than Temple Bay; best property, staff and hospitality with plenty of activities that can keep you at the resort the whole time. Not to mention walkable distance to all things Mahabs.

The property was beautiful, well maintained landscaping within the property and amazing amenities. However, the beach access area needed a little bit of cleaning and better maintenance. I took a morning stroll to the beach and encountered lots of plastic and trash. Furthermore, all 3 visitors got head lice after visiting the property (never had), this is likely from the bedding/towels in the room. It is very frustrating but I encourage the hotel to take more care while washing or changing beddings and toiletries.

Fabulous resort with outstanding service by all staff without exception! Rahman at the restaurant provided great service. Suresh and all of his colleagues took great care of my sister and elderly father. Many thanks to Team Temple bay!!!

Immaculate property with one of the best and biggest meandering pools, excellent staff and service and the complientary goodies. The food at the restaurant was lovely and had a good veg option. Very spacious and clean room facilities. Thank you Radisson. We really enjoyed our stay with you

We were generally disappointed with our stay, especially as it is one of the most expensive we have stayed, almost double what we paid in Mysuru which was excellent. Started with having to change rooms immediately because of a bad smell in the bathroom, although the staff were helpful in the process and there was no problem in the replacement room. The resort is huge and not easy to find your way around, no printed map avaliable and signage very poor. The hotel is also quite dated especially around the infinity pool area a lot of either missing or badly repaired grout. Also limited sunbeds and shade available and toilets badly in need of refurbishment. Found the food fairly average and food and drink prices high. The service was also hit and miss, although we found Kajal very pleasant in the waves restaurant. There is a beach adjacent to the hotel but no effort from the hotel to encourage you to use it, no tables or sunbeds avaliable. Not sure how the hotel has so many favourable reviews it's not a place we would go back to, Radisson really need to invest in the property as at the moment I think it's an embarrassment to the brand.

This is a large, sprawling, well maintained property Excellent for vacation

Excellent property. It has access to the beach. Staff is polite and helpful. Reception team is very efficient. Swimming pool is the highlight. Rooms are super clean with all needed amenities. Would like to stay again next time.

This is a useless property with useless stuff and useless hospitality and useless sort of courtesy gesture By the staff that are available which are definitely not trained to have any value systems in place. They are just moneymaking system and don’t expect any kind of pride in going to this place. Taj is always the best.
