The hotel staff is quite nice and welcoming. I recommend this hotel if you want to be in the center of Goa. It is very close to the beach. The breakfast buffet offers a lot of choices and the food is very tasty.

The hotel is very friendly, clean with scenic grounds. The breakfast had an excellent choice and the staff very heloful. The rooms were clean and spacious. They could do with some updating.

There was no toilet paper in the room(it took at least 8 hrs to get some). The toilet seat was broke. No air conditioning when I got to the room.

Some members of staff are pretty good but others need some training. Pool bar is a bit of a joke - ask for a sprite they go to the restaurant for it. Ask again there is none - so went to the restaurant and obtained a sprite!!! Joke. Hotel is far to noisy - from 5am onwards staff banging about (every day). It is clean however and pool area is very useful. Overall wouldnt stay again.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, however the room lacked certain amenities…bath robes were not provided unless asked for, fresh towels had to be requested. Best part of the hotel is the location and friendly staff and to name a few Varun, Sagar and Sandeep.

Everything is fine but for short one day trip they are not giving at least 23 hours for a customer we are paying huge amount for one day but getting very less Just think check in is 3:00 pm after all formalities we checked in @ 4:00pm checked out in morning 11:00 am

Great trip kids had a great time

One of the best hotels in Candolim. Check in process was smooth. The rooms are comfortable and medium sized. Breakfast spread was the same all the 4 days of stay, which was a minus point. The hotel is conveniently located with many food options, beaches and shopping. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Good location while also being set back away from the noise and bustle of the main strip. Great service from the staff who bent over backwards to address and issues and also always had a smile on their face

Not worth the money, not much amenities . Staff were not so great.

Location was. Good. Their staff need more training. Air conditioning had to fixed everyday in my room. Stayed at lots of Radisson hotels but this was little disappointing comparing to the others. NJ.

Very convenient location in an area accessible to lots of restaurants and shopping close by. However, we had to change our room 3 times because of maintenance issues.

It's a wonderful hotel in the main candolim area. Everything like Clubs, restaurants, shops are nearby. The room is old though and need a refurbishment. But it's a good Cosy hotel if you're looking for a peaceful holiday.

It was very stay for me and my familly ......I feel very comfortable and staff also very nice......rabul service man also was nice......all staff so good.

Security guard in uniform on main gate nice touch. Reception staff excellent in checking in and accompanying to room Only one negative issue....too much emphasis on Indian food in restaurant at all meals, breakfast, lunch & dinner.

My experience is very good and some hotel staff is very very good like in F&B service sanjeev ( manager ) its very good and i feel very comfortable in hotel and i want go again in this hotel thanks too sanjeev
