Not such near Taj Mahal, but can see the Taj Mahal just outside the window or at terrace. Breakfast is better than dinner bafful. Price is very nice to the accommendations they provide. Small Shereton, but also Shereton style.

It’s basically an old run down holiday inn and despite paying premium rate for a room with the Taj view we got views of the slum.

Great room, toilets ( Australian standard - excellent), excellent showers, fast lift great room service free bottled water.

Service was terrible and food was pathetic

Very noisy and lots of disturbance. Music player in the hotel so loud it shook the room in the evening and we couldn't sleep. Deputy manager didn't offer an apology, solution or compensation. In the morning building work and hammering from 6am. Certainly wasn't up to 5 star standard level of service or comfort, for >£100 per night!

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was good but there were a couple of maintenance issues that had to be rectified (done quickly).

This was a great hotel. Everything you could need. Lovely rooms, great customer service, very good breakfast and easy travelling distance to the Taj Mahal - we enjoyed our stay !

Our stay at Radisson Agra was far below 5-star expectations, especially regarding the spa service, which felt like a complete scam. We had booked the Imperial Couple’s Escape package in advance for ₹12,600 including taxes, expecting a luxurious and relaxing treatment as described in their promotion. Unfortunately, the entire experience was misleading: The “Candle Light Signature Massage” had no candlelight at all — the room was brightly lit and lacked any ambiance. The “massage oil” used was baby oil, not professional spa-grade oil. The “herbal tea” offered afterward was just a plain, unfiltered tea, far from the wellness experience promised. For a hotel claiming to be 5 stars, this was unprofessional and dishonest. The entire spa felt poorly managed and not even close to international Radisson standards. We felt scammed and extremely disappointed. I hope management takes this seriously, because what they are currently offering at the spa is not worthy of the Radisson name.

First of all, the rooms are *not* soundproof. The room next to mine was “being intimate” morning and night, and I was forced to listen to their bed banging against the wall in my room. The room across from mine kept leaving their door propped open, and letting their kids run in and out of the room, and running up and down the hallway screaming and stomping. This started at 7am. My last night at 11:30pm the kids were running up and down the hallway screaming, I called the front desk and ask them to make the people in that room close their door and make the kids stop disturbing people who are trying to sleep, it was 11:30pm, those kids were out of control. Someone came and told them to get the kids in the room, they’re disturbing other guests. 5 minutes after the employee was gone the door opened and it started again. My first morning there, I opened the room service menu, it had all of the breakfast options, with prices and the menu says available from 7:30am to 10am. So I called to order but was told to go to the ground floor to eat the buffet, I said please take my order, I want to eat in my room, he refused said go eat buffet on the ground floor, I ask so you can’t deliver it to my room, he said no. Then why is all that info on the room service menu? At check out they made me wait until they “checked the room” before I could leave. Overall it was an awful experience and I don’t recommend this hotel at all. These are just a few of the ridiculous things I had to deal with
