We throughly enjoyed our stay for a week which was booked last minute. The breakfast was excellent, especially the made to order paratha’s every morning. There could be more tea options available, we weren’t very keen on the ones on offer. The staff were very friendly, polite and attentive throughout our stay. Our evening meals were very good and there was a wide range of options for vegetarians. We also ate in the bar and recommend the nachos, best we’ve had, especially the salsa sauce. Our cocktails were also delicious, with pretty butterflies hand decorated onto them for us. I’d booked a body massage one evening but we got stuck in traffic and delayed. I rang and left a message with reception but the young lady who was doing my massage kindly waited for me and stayed behind at work. Our rooms were excellent but the irons constantly leaked, this is something to look into please. We used the laundry service and all our clothes were cleaned and ironed nicely, especially our linen clothing. We will be returning to India in the autumn with our children and are planning on staying here again.

I firsts stayed here over 18 years ago and the rooms have not been updated in that time. Staff are friendly and helpful. Upon arrival I was charged extra for a roll away bed when I clearly booked room for 2 adults one child. I messaged months in Advance requesting roll away bed and no reply to my message stating additional charge. Nice hotel but there are better up and coming hotels in the area. Also there was constant noise at night from loud parties at the hotel’s banquet venue. It was almost every night of our 6 night stay. Not ideal.

I guess they do need to upgrade the Hotel Bed is old very old and the Wooden floor is very old and please add more vege option in Breakfast Buffet.

I got food poisoning from eating buffet from their kitchen. I went down around 10:30pm, and food was not that fresh - I hesitate but end up eating food which gave food poisoning and typhoid fever later. I soent around INR 2000 for the food; worst food ever. Never going back and I would also recommend spent your 7k on someone else nice hotel for a night. They lack quality/ food quality - if you can’t keep food quality till 10:30 why to keep the buffet. I think all salads were old. Worst experience.

The hotel is looking very tired and in desperate need of an upgrade. The rooms are small, there’s hardly any proper lighting, the mirrors are inadequate, the bathroom constantly smells and the shower is basic. Yet it is marketed as a high standard hotel, with prices to match. We were very disappointed and won’t be returning

Clean rooms, nice restaurants and food was good. Gym is a small space, it can get a bit congested with no air circulation. Restaurant waiters were very nice but most were very slow at getting down your order or providing service.

It’s a descent place to stay in the city. Could be better.
