Every thing was nice!

The Reception was struggling to find the guest confirmation which sometimes get irritating as we are going with an exhausted journey

You need to buy water at an very high price. Washroom was broken and water was coming to the room. They never fixed it. They said they will downgrade the room if want fixing.no restaurant open. Scarcity of food. No wifi no tv. Food they purchased from outside and gave us. Disgusting hotel.

Good hotel in a good location, for Kolkata at least.

It is located in the interior. So If you have some work in Newtown/Salt lake City. Don`t book it as it take at least 1 hour to travel from Hotel.

Apart from one very helpful staff member working at the reception desk, people are not very attentive nor give you a hospitable impression. Although this hotel is only a few years old, things are already pretty worn out!

Very dirty and used linen and towels when I checked in. Soiled and already used tumblers for juices in the breakfast table.

Clean/spacious rooms with clean toilets... Good variety in break fast... Working gym.... Peaceful location.... Negatives- odd location(not suitable for tourists)... Very expensive restaurant.... Small swimming pool...

No in-room iron box. No hot water for shower. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I had booked 2 rooms for 4 people for a night. One room HVAC was leaking smoke smell whole night that brought us difficulty in proper sleep. Room service for poor.

Everything is good.. Only the in room dining is a little bit costly.. Otherwise service is very good..

Enjoyed the stay. Experience was good with the exception that my room was not cleaned up one day. The front desk staff was courteous.

전체적으로 직원분들이 친절하셨어요 가격대비 객실이 굉장히 좋았고요 만약 또 캘커타에 간다면 또 이용하고 싶어요 다만 5박 중 하루는 누런물이 나와 좀 찝찝한 감이 있었습니다

Front office could not find Hotels.com reservation although made 24 hours prior and made us wait for 15 minutes.Then they handed keys to wrong type room. Lobby was not air conditioned and extremely hot. Room service even for simple food items takes between 30-40 minutes. Hotel is really understaffed and even when you find some one,they are nice but not professional enough to resolve issue.Break fast is just okay with very limited variety. Located far from Main streets and finding it is a challenge. Located in a not a great neighborhood.Not impressed.

Workmanship on the renovation is rough but otherwise ok

インドの平均的な価格で食事やガラパーティを楽しめました。ロビーの趣味の悪いスタンドライトを除けば、まあまあ良かったですね。マッサージがあるのか、ないのか、これから出来るとだけ言ってましたが、無い状態でした。

This could be a nice hotel with a bit of work. Unfortunately it falls short. In the ten days I was there we only had hot water twice. They play the elevator music so loudly in the hallways that it is hard to sleep, not to mention the loud guests and parties that spilled into the hallways. They provide bottled drinking water for the rooms but if you look the seals are broken and the bottles are filled with tap water (the manager admitted this when I spoke with him.) The good news is that the beds are comfortable and the restaurant is good.
