It was the worst place we have ever stayed even though we have stayed here before the boys were none existent at times room room had not been cleaned no fridge when they did bring one it wasn’t even good enough for the tip no kettle but got one EVENTUALLY minus cups bathroom was overrun with ants wardrobe stunk wouldn’t put my clothes anywhere near them left in case. Balcony was very run down. We only booked in for 3 nights till we found somewhere else but only lasted two night. if Renzo had done what he promised he was going to do we might have stayed but it was even worse. One major thing I forgot to mention the BUILDING SITE which were noisy from 7 till 7 right outside front door. Added a couple of photos wish I had took more

The actual room was fine, wee balcony, decent bathroom and shower and very comfy spacious bed. However, the property is advertised as having a plunge pool - the pool is not particularly accessible or pleasant; there is a new building being built a few feet away so is full of workmen. Additionally, the noise from the building site begins at 0730 until around 1800 with banging, cement truck, scaffolding etc all day long. We didn’t use the ‘pool’. Staff are friendly and helpful, food is average.

Reception( RAM ) and support staff were very enthusiastic and friendly. Decent location. Property is simple. Room was big enough and value for money. Barring a few irritants like noisy fan, absence of electric kettle, Non-functional fridge ( eventually replaced ) , Defective door latch - it was a good experience overall and a satisfying stay.

Dont bother with this one Arrived at booking in time room not ready , when room was ready tv didnt work safe didnt work no towels . Bedding not clean. Pool in pictures doesnt exist, 5 hours later they gave us some towels but coloured hotels dont normally have coloured towels unles hiding something. Rear of property is a building site i suspect this used to be the pool area. Staff were rude smirking and grinning when we spoke to them. They delivered a new safe later and asked to fit it ! The owner manager would not speak to us and would not answer the telephone from hotels .com . Hotel refused a refund s.but we went elsewhere anyway. We gave by email the owner every opportunity to put things right but he refused. There is a small plunge pool which is not clean and not worthy of even bathing a dog in Didnt have a chance to try the food at the adjoining restaurant. I have given this a 1 star because i couldn't give it a 0 star.

Noise was too much as building work goes on from 7am to 7pm

Very pleasant stay and excellent value for money. Staff very friendly, room met needs and AC worked well. However, rooms were not cleaned whilst we stayed and pool area not particularly usable due to size and lack of sunbeds

The manager was very polite and could not do enough for us

An excellent stay at Renzo’s, Managment and staff amazing and couldn’t do enough for me. Ganga’s Restaurant excellent food with excellent service I thoroughly enjoyed my stay Thank you

Friendly staff nice big room had kettle and a fridge which was great if I had to have a complaint about anything it would be the fridge the inside was clean but the seal around the door was disgusting but a bit of elbow grease sorted that

I thought the hotel was an absolute little gem . Sunil and his staff were fantastic, the rooms were clean and big. The bed was so comfy and the position is just enough away from the real noise but close enough to enjoy the atmosphere. Totally recommend

Nice quiet location, yet 10 mins to beach and restaurants. Only downside was the lack of WiFi in the rooms, atherwise a very enjoyable stay.

Great small hotel in good location. Near anything you need if only just a nice walk in Malaga.

We enjoyed our recent stay in Renzos Inn and would definitely recommend it. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely spacious en-suite. The only downfall was the balcony needed to be bigger to sit on. Nice plunge pool to cool down in. Staff very friendly. In a good position for beach, restaurants and shops. Would definitely like to return when we next visit Calangute.

Good location: close enough to the beach with lots of good places to eat and shop very close by.

Lovely small hotel, wonderful staff always greeted us smiling. Sonal was very helpful and went out off his way to help us. Room very spacious and clean. Nothing was to much trouble, going again in Feb 2018.

Dejligt værelse med masser af skabs plads. Stort badeværelse med masser af hylder til toiletsager og altid varmt vand . Personalet søde og særdeles hjælpsomme. Tilstødende restaurant med fantastisk betjening. Svømme poolen er kun til pynt Ingen solsenge
