The bedsheets and towls were so filthy, that I slept with my clothes on. The walls, doors, windows were filthy dirty. It didn't at all look like the pictures on website.

Not good for family and couple. Its not a hotel, its dirty appartment. Its only for bewdas and bachler in budget price. I recommend to all Do not stay here with family. Very dirty appartment, bedsheets, overall full room is dirty. Staff is polite and good but we need to stay at hygienic and safe place. No toilet paper, towels, even no hanger in bathroom to hang towel and innerwears. its very dissappointed. Not provided the room as shown in images.

No room service , no parking, no cleanliness.....infact apart from hotel location there is no advantage ...hotels.com charged heavily.upon direct booking one can get super delux room in 2000...we paid almost 3k for the same room...infact hotels.com said parking will be there but no parking...I have to struggle 3 hours after driving for 15 hours to find paid car parking and to negotiate with hotels staff and as well as booking site but no outcome.

We had a good overall stay at a good hotel (I would not class it as a resort). Check-in was a bit chaotic and the check in staff/management weren't very approachable or friendly. The food was good though and the waiter staff were friendly. A good place for a couple of night, but I wouldn't recommend staying for any longer than that.

The hotel room was not exactly how I have seen in the website. It was a cheap stay on baga calangute road very close to Infantria restaurant which was a good thing. The staff was very liberal and didn't create any problem to check out on time.

it was a pleasant stay . enjoyed with kids, good stay indeed.

Onneksi E-Bookers hoiti nopeasti peruutukset kuntoon ja jo etukäteen maksetut päivät palautettiin, kiitos siitä.

We stayed at hotel park avenue for 2days. Hotel locaton is the main attraction if ur not willing to waste time in travelling.this hotel is just 5-7 min walk frkm calungute beach and just 2km from baga beach.if ur expectation is for great furniture nd lavish roomsplease do not go for this hotel. If u can adjust with ljttle less than your expectation and want to relax over beaches then defktely this iz a good choice.. market is jst nearby to this hotl.

Hotel Location is very comfortable, and both Baga and Calangute Beaches are nearby. Swimming Pool is very good.

Rooms were really untidy. A/C was not cooling properly. Bathroom and Room cleanliness is very bad. Rooms door were not having handle from inside and latches were very cheap. Restaurant were not starting by 7.00 am. Room s bed and linen were really cheap. Only saving grace is swimming pool.

Will not recommend this hotel to anyone Worst staff and worst rooms... Rooms are smelly bathroom fixtures are broken

great to have an oasis with pool away from the Hustle and bustle of Baga. Good food and drink. Only problem, faulty wiring knocked a whole block out for about 3 hours-just when you wanted to be in your room to get ready to go out.

The TV was not working in the room.The receptionist said contact expedia of TV is not working.What kind of rudeness is this ? I will never ever stay in this Hotel again.

Unfortunately I travelled with a non traveller. This spoiled the experience but the Goan people are lovely and protective.

Man får hvad man betaler for. Sengene var gode, rene, men lasede sengetøj. Morge maden var meget ringe.
