I always go to riverside regency resort andxaleaus enjoy it all the staff are amazing

I could not unpack my suitcase due to the mold in a single wardrobe . the bathroom was so damp the white do it was black with mold . no fridge. they only changed bedding twice a week and was not clean when we first arrived I could smell someone else had slept in the bed . I had to take our beach towels and put over our pillows . the sheets were stained bad . never see them clean the pool or poolside . bogs howled all night

It's really a good hotel in very beautiful and peaceful location near to Baga Beach.

Breakfast is OK. No Wifi access at rooms only in reception. GST Charges extra. No Dedicated Parking for car. you need to park in front of the hotel if the place is empty.Toiletries contains 1 Soap + 2 Shampoos. Booked room for 2 so it contained 2 single bed with two diff mattresses instead of 1 queen / double bed with single mattress. Pool is good. Overall a OK OK stay.

It was worse experience that wil remember long . I wil not suggested any body to stay in that hotel . If you stay there then do not have breakfast there because they only give bread and butter for there guest...... I think it's is enough .

Hotel was ok but need they need to make some arrangement for alternate hot water system. Hot water only by solar therefore only available after 11:00am approx.

Cons: 1. Riverside regency was a disappointment at the word go. As soon as I checked in with my wife, the counter staff had an unwelcome look on their faces. 2. The room was terrible. 3. We paid 2500 wid taxes for a non AC room in C wing. Room looked like 25-30 yrs old. The furniture's were rickety. 4. I go to know first time in life, that a Non AC room means no television as well. 5. Lots of mosquitoes. They don't provided repellents in the rooms. 6. They just serve toast with butter and Jam and tea or coffee in the complimentary breakfast if you choose Bed and Breakfast package. Not worth. Pros: 1. One of the best and cleanest swimming pools you can get and the area around it. 2. Proximity to Baga

My experience is good with riverside regenecy resort . There is no room service . Its a bad point of resort .

The Riverside Regency hotel claimed to be the good and best hotel in the Goa. But the reality is totally opposite to that. I have done two bookings through this site and when i reached there. I have been told that they didn't get the first booking. And the words of the Manager is "Either you should take your money back or i will provide room in other hotel. I can't do any Magic right now to provide you the room" -- Manager Words According to this site team they have forwarded the reservation to these guys long back. Immediately the manger told us that he will provide the two rooms to us. I didn't understand what magic he has done that time.?? later i realized that the cancelled booking is the one where i got the discount from the Travel site. It is clearly a cheating. Moreover these guys didn't provide even the jug of water. last day when i requested(Room cleaning guy) to provide the water, he bring the water. Funny part is the Complimentary Breakfast. Which is nothing but two pieces of bread with Butter/jam along with Tea/Coffee. I recommend everybody that we should avoid going these types of hotel who didn't care about the guest but more or less looking for money.

Hotel is v close to baga making the nights to beach convenient and enjoy the Goan nights. The Hotel is very comfortable, rooms decently large. Its a great value for money!

The hotel is lower middle class, my suite room was nice but pretty noisy facing the main road. The restaurant has not what I like to eat, but there are two excellent restaurants nearby, the Flow (best) and the Poisson rouge. There are not enough deck chairs around the pool. Unfortunately, no Indian people to meet, it seems mainly focussing on group travel from Russia. It is OK for a couple of days as in my case, but I could not spend a holiday there. The beach nearby is very full and you cannot do much but to drink beer. Paragliding is not one of my hobbies.

For the price, this hotel is better than expected. Looks like the owners have put a lot of work into the property recently. Pool is great, food good, and staff excellent.

Had a very disappointing start to the holidays. Luckily we were planning to stay only for a day in this hotel. We got delayed and reached Goa around 10 pm because of the heavy traffic . The manager (one named Joseph) was very rude and was not interested in telling us the correct location of the hotel. He even did snap the phone once . Eventually we reached the resort only by 1 am. By then Joseph might have been more irritated and once he saw us, he started raising voice and started treating like unwanted visitors . He even raised his voice to my wife !! Respecting kids and woman should be a basic expectation from any service industry. At one point we also felt that he might have been drunk. MD of the resort might not be realizing what is happening and why they are loosing repeating business.

We stayed f 2 days in nov13.the location is in arpora area of goa.the route to hotel gives perfect feel of goan culture with a chain of restsurants either side amidst nature.baga beach isat 5 min walk.we had booked executive room which was really nice and clean.early morning hot water is problem.also breakfast is just tea and bread.restaurant service is not so promt.but food was delicious.parking is outside the hotel.saturday night market has started near hotel at 2 min walk and we can shop till 2 a.m.and enjoy..I liked baga than kalangut.thr is excellent chaupati at baga.those who want to stay away fm big places like panjim and want to stay at "hatke" location its good choice.

There were old people in our group who would have liked to eat in the hotel itself. However the hotel restaurant was closed no lunch and dinner facility which was showing on the website.

staff was uncooperative, wanted payments immediately and not at checkout, zero value for money. Overall left a bad taste in the mouth.

This is best Hotel for Travelers. Dont expect more from Hotel, if you want to go for enjoyment in Goa, than U can use this hotel. have your Lunch n Dinner outside only, Dont expect service more but Good for Stay. Use Hotel only for Stay.

Its a moderate place to stay. Its relatively a better place in Baga Beach area. Its a peaceful place most of its occupants are Russians and they are well mannered and friendly. Its two swimming pools and the poolside restuarant is awesome. Baga Beach is at a walkable distance. The check-in and Check-in timing is unfriendly.
