Aweful! Bunch of thieves!
The place was unclean and unsafe. There was a bad smell in the apartment, the floor was dirty and the window was broken and open. As the hotel was on the first floor, anyone could come in.
I left the apartment as soon as I saw the room and made another booking. I talked to the staff about refund and they said it will be done through expedia. Expedia reached out to them several times and they have not refunded my money.
The staff is rude as well.
I would suggest look elsewhere for your stay. You can get much better place for the price you will pay here.
I did. My other booking was fantastic for the same price. It was at Hotel Vellara.

Booked luxury room.. dirty bed and towels.. no toiletries except tissue roles.. free bottled water means tap water.. charged us even for water bottles.. ambience of rooms are like motel not hotel..

The overall experience was good and affordable pricing. Their restaurant serves only Veg food which was a disadvantage for a regular non veggie like me. However, this is ignorable as there are many good restaurants nearby.
