撒哈拉之星酒店

撒哈拉之星酒店历史比较久，里面的环境没得说，但是房间内部设施就一般了。感觉服务员见过的土豪太多，对一般出差的人不会那么周到。建议在这里住一晚体验下就行了，不要久住以免影响心情。WIFI信号不好，且手机信号也不好，离不开网的朋友不要住

The best airport hotel in Mumbai, but pls remember that you cannot walk to the hotel from airport. It need to take 10mins by car, you should book pick up service from the hotel.

已經是第二次入住，因為接近機場，要留意，由國際機場/本地機場都是不可能走路過去這酒店的！但可以事先通知酒店安排車到機場接機，晚機到達最方便不過。酒店各方面的設施都很好，所有員工都很有禮貌，很幫忙，以後去孟買還會再入住這酒店。

Great location. Excellent service. But the facilities and rooms are pretty out dated.

The rooms were terrible, our phone didn't work, the powerpoints didn't work, the shower would stop and then start again, the room key stopped working.. we did not enjoy our stay and would not stay here again

Room needed refurbishing, the carpet was in a very poor state , blinds were stained and tatty , loose socket fixtures,reading light was hanging from the wall. The bathroom was lovely. Staff were good and attentive, At dinner we had the set meze. The Lebanese chef was very good. For wine, my first 3 choices were all out of stock. They offered a bottle of 2020 Australian Chardonnay that was not good. I had to send it back. I think it was old. The manager agreed. I doubt they sell much wine here so stocks don’t turnover much. Having been to this hotel 8 years ago we had high expectations. It really looks tired and in need of renovation in some areas. The corridor carpets on the 4th level are in an horrendous state. Very worn. Didn’t look like they had been vacuum cleaned for days. Very disappointing stay for a hotel with such a huge display case of awards.
