阿拉姆萨度假村

A very warm welcoming hotel.good food.Neat & Clean.However we were sold rooms with a Bathtub & the Room didn't have one.But the Staff Hospitality more than made up for it.We enjoyed our stay of 3 nights.

Terrible experience. I would prefer to stay at footpath but not in this hotel. List of issues faced: 1. No transportation to CITY - If hotel makes any transportation arrangement, they keep huge amount of commission. 2. None of their power outlet works. Reported to hotel but they could not fix it for any of our 3 rooms. 3. AC doesn't work at all for any room. When approached, they just prolonged and kept us waiting but never fixed it. 4. Most of the time they run short of water. Bathtub doesn't work with lack of hot water. 5. for online reservation, they don't provide any breakfast even though it is clearly mentioned that breakfast included. Very rude front desk, specially hotel manager. Please dont pick this hotel even it is free of cost.

The lobby is really beautiful with breath taking view of d valley and d hills. Hotel staff is good. There continental food is not good. But d Indian cuisine is tasty. One hurdle is its distance from d main town. So one should be ready to shell out Rs. 400 every time they want to make a round trip to MY road and back. The hotel hardly provides its own car for d same. Overall if u want to take fresh air and keep to d serenity then this is one of d best place to stay.
