one of the worst nightmare to stay in this hotel. would never recommend anyone for this

Very friendly and helpful staff, magnificent view, quiet place to stay.- very little noise given we arrived on 2nd day of Dawahli! Our bedroom was very pretty with a great view. Very good room rate. Could not have asked for more at the price.

When my sister and I arrived at the hotel, we discovered that our room with 2 beds was double booked. We had booked the room a month and a half earlier and had gotten confirmation also. There was a cancellation for one night, so the manager gave a room with a king bed for one night to us. This room was beautiful and big. Second night we had to go to a very small room with a full size bed that took most of the room. The Manager told us that he would put another bed in the room. To our horror, when we came back after dinner, we found a very filthy mattress on the floor! We took the mattress out of our room immediately. My sister ended up sleeping in the tiny windowsill! Oh, another thing, the window (small ventilation) in the bathroom opened to the hallway! No privacy there! The hotel is in a quiet area and has a great view though. Ask for the blue room with a king bed if you ever go there. Stay away from the pink room with a full size bed.
