We had booked in another property at Havelock Island and were extremely dissapointed. We managed to get a chalet at Sea Shell Havelock last room available. As soon as we arrived at the property extremely welcoming staff especially front office manager Ms. Khushboo. She ensured our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Property is well maintained and clean. Would like to specially thank Ms. Khushboo for accomodating a late check out request. We tasted wonderful food at both restaurants Bonova and White Lotus. The staff are extremely kind and pleasant. Also would like to thank Mr. Anuj for a pleasant stay. Thank you to the entire staff at Sea Shell Havelock. You are all doing a great job.

I would advise to avoid this hotel .
This hotel charges 5 Star money, for a 4 Star Hotel but offer a 1 STAR SERVICE !
We had lots of problems with our room which took ages to sort and the staff were very unhelpful .
Spa offers services for 60 and 90 mins but when we used they didn’t give the full time promised and finished 15mins early and then said sorry we are closing ??
I could go on with the amount of issues we incurred but it would be a long list .
Good luck if you choose to stay here !!!

Entre amis et famille, chacun dans son bungalow. Des repas pris dans les restaurants ou au bar. Un super spa.Des sorties proposees par l'hotel. Des baptemes de plongee. La mer ( se promenzr dans la mangrove et observer les petits crabes et poissons ), la piscine... pas loin du petit village . Du personnel tres gentil et soucieux dz nous etre agreable.

The property is beautiful, clean and quiet.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, with balcony facing beautiful garden.
The hotel is located on amazing seashore.
The level of service reaches perfection.
I would like to mention Prateek and his excellent team at the international cafe, and during breakfast.
The approach, the service experience, food & drinks are superb! I wish we could stay longer.
Highly recommended hotel for perfect vacation.

location is very good , the hotel did not inform about renovation and during day heavy disturbing noise spoiled the holiday, the hotel has extremely strict conditions , this is not guest friendly hotel, we were overcharged when we found out hotel negotiates tariff directly vs booking via agent website it was disappointing .
