Property needs updating and attention to detail. The hotel would have been amazing when first opened and such a shame that the maintenance and cleanliness has not been maintained.

Really enjoyed my stay there. Some facilities could be improved but overall pretty good

Great hotel in a fantastic location in Candolim, walkable to beach and many restaurants / bars. Hotel was clean and comfortable, I didn't use the pool but it looked very nice.

Staff very pleasant... my safe wasnt working nor was the hot water but both sorted Not sure why not checked before room allocated?! Pool bar very clean although we were told we could charge drinks to room but constantly received calls in room to go and pay for them!

The Check-in experience was bad. The person in the check in counter was not friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was not included in my stay. I had to pay separately for the breakfast.

Property wasn't helpful with local transport arrangements, had limited breakfast options, staff lacks hospitality experience and on asking for water they first tell you rates, rather than providing it first

Disability showers not there

Not a four star property, only room and location is good , breakfast is very bad with only 1 or 2 choices, there is foul smell in hotel all over , kitchen service is very poor and if u get something from outside to eat they wont give u cuttlery , would never come here again

The hotel was ok in terms of facilities. However the way they treated the customers was absolutely pathetic. We reached late and tired (their number was not working to give a prior information). When we reached the hotel, the temporary staff at reception in night shift treated us bad in a really inebriated condition. Their behaviour was completely rude and we will never ever book again here.

Pathetic is the right word. Hotel is very poorly maintained and managed.Please don't recommend this property to any one and don't even keep it on the portal as a choice. For the price it is selling it's not at all worth it. They are actually cheating people and harrassing I would say by giving such a horrible service. I can bet OYO stay would be much better than this place. Rooms are so badly maintained and even the staff is below average from reception ,room service to house keeping.Lifts are so stained all over like goverment hospitals. You actually have to think twice before entering. They don't even check the rooms before checking in any guests. We were 4 families all our rooms had urine dried stains all around the toilet seats. Room walls also had dirty stains around, bedsheets were in horrible condition and the chair had dirty stains on it. The person will think twice before sitting on the chair which are kept in the rooms. I am sure they are not dry cleant from the time they have been bought. Staff is not trained at all I don't know how and who has rated this hotel 3&4 star. It's not even worth a single star. Only 2 tea bags ,coffee sachets and milk small tubs in the room and thing extra they tell the guest to order it from room service. When you call the room service the answer that I got was unbelievable - Call after half and hour please. On top of that they don't want the guest to get food from outside. I saw so many guests checking out in anger before schedule.WORST

Rooms were very clean, nice pool and it was a comfort stay. I would recommend everyone. My friends enjoyed a lot.

A reasonable hotel at a reasonable price. Just don’t forget it is in India. Breakfast staff are amazing big thanks to Tasha, Antony and all the young lads. Breakfast consists of fruit, cereal, pancakes or french toast, coffee/tea and juice. Eggs to order, bacon on request, Indian selection (excellent) few additions such as banana cake alll really very nice. Rooftop pool is lovely for an afternoon swim, great for a change from the beach. Only thing is pool food and drink prices are double what they are outside the hotel. There’s a hotel cat that is very well behaved and sits outside the breakfast room and rides in the lift, no trouble and very clean. Rooms are spacious with tea/coffee facilities and a fridge. Safe and iron, handy for those on a long stay.

Nice hotel based on the price. Located in candolim nearby many pubs and restaurants. Good parking facilities.

Entiendo que la zona en la que está no es muy turística, sin embargo es un gran hotel, todos los servicios son muy buenos, la habitación muy cómoda y limpia. Nos gustó mucho, la comida en los restaurantes del hotel también muy buena. Lo recomiendo. La playa queda a 6 minutos caminando y hay muchos bares para salir a caminar en la noche.

It was amazing! Service was great and location was excellent

Enjoyed our stay. Room was fine. Most staff were very helpful and pleasant particularly at reception area. Staff at pool were ok but would benefit from from training in dealing with guests e.g. Offering and serving drinks without guests having to order and collect at bar. Work being done at pool area where spa is bring built. This could on occasion be noisy.

The place is new, but has lots of water damage from either poor construction or design. Would hate to see what the place looks like in 1 year. Be very careful by the pool, when wet, the smooth Gilles are dangerous, we saw 2 people slip and fall.
