First, I Found this hotel cheaper on expedia.co.in as compared to many other websites..so thank you expedia for a great deal. I stayed here for 15 night tos pend my quarantine period. Preferred and highly recommended place for comfortable visit in this City/ neighbourhood.
Ambience: Great, with palatial and royal look.
Rooms: Clean, Spacious, airy, comfortable beds, mini fridge in every room, later they offered me an upgraded room so thank you.
Hotel Staff: Prompt, attentive & courteous.
Management: Undoubtedly helpful and understanding, deserve an appreciation since they act quick on any query/concern). I would give a thumbs up for the management, during this CORONA pandemic they are taking utmost care of hygiene and sanitisation.
Room Service: above average and this really needs improvement, which can add, a plus value to the property.
Food: Good, a little improvement needed.
Location: is good and connectivity to major points of the city are within reach.
