Comfortable room, not a one minute walk to mall road. Room had no heating making it a bit cold in winter. Fantastic choice at breakfast. I was lucky to have a balcony however the taxi drivers use the road the balcony overlooked as an urinal.

Well maintained rooms and property and staff are very supportive. Food is also excellent.

It was amazing experience with snow valley resort.

The manager had provided excellent services and is a excellent plannner.

I had a very bad experience with he front desk person. When I checked in I invited a friend over for a drink in our room. The front desk person threatened my guest that if my guest didn't leave the room within ten minutes he would personally come and pull him out of the room and throw him out. Then I saw bugs in my room. There was a big spider in my room then I called hotels. Com and they called the front desk and spoke to Mr. Surinder and we're informed that within 10 mins I would be given a new room but I was never contacted by anyone.

Stay at the Snow Valley was a good experience. The staff of the hotel, especially at the reception, are very helpful. The hotel, although is reasonably good, is located at quite a distance from the main mall road. The food quality is also reasonably good. The best part of the hotel, however, are the two terrace which faces the greenery right in front of you. In addition, the dance floor and other special arrangements for entertainment viz; magic show arranged for children and adults alike etc. which the hotel arranges are some of the other positives of this hotel. The gaming zone in the hotel is another interesting aspect of the hotel. Commuting between mall road and the hotel by walk (unless you are a walking enthusiast !) is a challenge. You have to take an auto or a cab to reach the hotel from the mall road. The room interiors are a bit dated. It is in stark contrast to the pictures that you get to see on their website. The lighting in the room is insufficient and as such always makes you feel you are staying in the dark. The maintenance of the games needs lot of attention. The table tennis table needs repair and the rackets need replacement. Thus the experience of using this zone remains unsatisfied. To sum up, it is a good place to stay if one wants to stay aloof of the crowd. Overall, the experience has been good but nothing exemplary.

The hotel is located at log hut area, where the roads are quite narrow and therefore we used to get stuck in traffic most of the time during the peak season of May. Once inside hotel, the place is quite and reasonably clean. The staff is excellent, but the food is pretty average for the price that they charge. If possible, dont go for MAP plan and do not pay more that INR 3500 for a stay. Other faclities like bathroom, room, etc where pretty good. Would recommed for a family stay if you get at the above price.

We have booke snow valley resorts through online. we have choosed this hotel from its ranking in manali. But I dont think that is really worth. The location of the hotel is too far inside and there is no good view either.The room was Ok and rooms need some attention for a better condition. the reception persons hospitality was just OK. they never greet or smile at guests. the breakfast which is complimentary is just OK and not that gr8. We dint find the hotel worth for what we payed.

Overall worth of money spend.

Good. It was nice stay at Snow valley. Hotels rooms are good however there were multiple power cuts.

When i reached theh Hotel i was littel disappoint to see the reception area it was not as i expected it to be. But later the resort itself was Excellet. I had a very confortable stay. The room which it got Maharaja room, It was huge and very nice for three of us. View from the window was excellent and the view from the terrece in front of our room was wonderful. I would rate this Hotel to be the best located with beautiful scenic view and value for money. they tiied to provide you best services and you feel like stay more. The food was also very good. I would deffinately recommend this place to many others. I would suggest that the reception are and the sports room which required the most in the resorts, so that people feel like stay for more days, needs to be renovated and the old furniture should be replaced with the new ( baba adam ke zamane ka furniture hai in sports room and reception area). Front office is the very first impression and the last also. Other wise i enjoyed my stay a lot. My family was happy with my choice. View from this Hotel is the best in any other hotel of Manali.

Note that my ratings of the rooms are by the standards that I normally expect from a hotel in the United States. I do not know enough about Indian hotels to compare this to the average Indian hotel. That said, the hotel was great. The staff were very helpful, the location was beautiful, and the food was delicious. They arranged some beautiful tours of the area, and I found their rates very reasonable.

Pathetic service and disgusting rooms

A very nice resort with all the facilities and good food. A must see and stay place.
