This is the worst stay I have ever had. Linens were smelly, in tatters and as if never washed! Bathroom too dirty and broken to use! Noisy with staff talking loudly all night. Furniture and beds broken! Very unhygienic and unsafe place to stay. Should not be listed on Expedia.

In actuality I never stayed at this hotel we arrived in Delhi and they were on COVID lockdown and we could not reach the hotel. They said they would refund my money, but it has been a week and Expedia has tried to contact them and they are not responding. So therefore my poor rating. No one from the hotel contacted me or Expedia to say we could not come. I arrived in Delhi and paid a taxi to take me there, only to have to turn around and go back to the airport. Both Expedia and the hotel are unhelpful in this issue and have done nothing to resolve it.
