The service is good but as whole the property needs complete refurbishment.

Its absolutely not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. A little bit run down and needs some care and renovation for sure. If compared to a hotel in London its similar to a Holiday Inn. Otherwise, the service provided is decent with good quality food provided and good customer service from front desk. Our room had a flakey aircon and the drainage was a problem in the bathroom.

Nothing to say we like this property, Smelly washrooms, dirty elevators.

This hotel is a disaster! Our room was so moisty and the floor wet al most everywhere, which ment that I had an accident on the slippery floor. The room was not acceptable at all and I find the Price for the room ridicoulus. We Will never come back

Staffs were very helpful but arranging for a taxi to look around trichy was a pain. Wish they were more helpful in arranging taxi/s for guests and could be more informative regarding the places to visit in Trichy as not everyone who visits is from Tamil Nadu. They could hand out some leaflets about places of interest/ temples (mentioning the distance of each place from this hotel) to visit to the guests which would be more useful. Overall it was a good experience.

Rooms are OK. The bathroom sanitary war Maintenance is absolutely poor. This is the 3rd instance in past 15 days. The bathroom taps both run extremely hot water and it happened in 2 instances one in the room and in the villa where i was upgraded. It is difficult to even touch the water leave aside bathing. I complained the 1st day but it was the same in next instance too.

All good but toilet maintenance is poor. Toilets are not clean. Plumbing needs upgrade. Too old. Water supply not adequate. Bathroom fittings seriously need upgrade.

Overall stay was good.. very co-operative staff, nice breakfast spread.. very close to airport and they provide airport shuttle on chargeable basis. Room was comfortable with decent bathroom.

Nice peaceful area - could jog around the property with excellent jogging paths . Very clean property . Hotel has good restaurant options.

We stayed one night. Had a nice meal in their restaurant. highly recommended.

The best part is this property is located near the airport. Otherwise, it is a dump - water leaking floor in the room (surprised they knew about it and still assigned to me), bad food/menu choices - particularly for vegetarians. Why would a restaurant in the middle of south India doesn't offer south Indian cuisine but offers north Indian and Chinese food items, still they are all badly cooked.

Smelly rooms, dirty carpets, unprofessional staff. This property should not have been listed on Expedia.

Nearness to the airport is a key strength of the property. However, most rooms and toilets are fairly dated. So needs to be upgraded to be competing with its peers. The staff are very receptive and deal with requests at short notice.

Pros: closer to airport and efficient check in Cons: well below expected standard, average food

Locally owned and maintained with no experience in hospitality. Shows up everywhere in the property from dirty linen to dirty towels. Stinky curtains , stains in the toilets. Worst experience.

Rooms were value for money. Except breakfast buffet is over priced.

Quiet environment, spacious rooms, multiple dining options, prompt service. Food was tasty. Free breakfast option which was buffet style. Friendly staff. Better than most other hotels in the area and value for money. Shower did not well as faucet was loose. Tv also did not work due to cable box non functional. Remote location is good but no shops around.
