Maintenance guys came 3 times & still couldn’t start Z TV, Sony etc. Bathroom too small & curtain small so water comes out. Took ten minutes to print bill & give it to us.

booked through Expedia and payable at resort option chosen, while check out time they charged more than promised by Expedia, while asked they told me that taxes extra applicable by reception, after done the payment i checked again through with expedia they told taxes included in the amount promised, later the resort voided the first transaction and again they swiped me. so its took long time to do the check out process and wrong charges done by resort as well need to be trained staffs on this issue for smooth check out

The stay at Sterling Kodai valley was memorable. The room was neat and staff were courteous to serve us. The property is huge. We had a pleasant stay.

The services were pathetic. There was no wifi and when i complaint the IT guy blamed my device even though wifi was getting connected in reception area. There was no response from the team and they just ghosted. Will never recommend it to anyone.

My stay at Sterling Valley was very comfortable. The cleanliness of the rooms can be improved but the staff are super friendly and courteous. The dining options are fantastic!

Classic rooms are very small, property looks little old. Restaurant has many bees and was a challenge. Food options are good. Overall, I felt it’s overpriced for the facilities available

The place is far away from the town. The rooms are very basic, and small. Housekeeping is poor. Breakfast was ordinary. Terribly overpriced. Not a great experience.

The hotel was good but it's a bit of walk from the reception / restaurant to the rooms. If you stay longer you need to walk more. And there is a lot of scope for improvement. Staff is friendly and tried to improve service at the restaurant. Ramesh and Bala Krishna was good at the restaurant.

Great rooms. We could see sun set and sun rise both from our rooms only. Beautiful scenic view. Food and service were excellent. No complaints at all. Highly recommended

Other than limited food menu and authenticity, rest of the service are excellent!!!

The staff was always very helpful with my various concerns. I stayed at the Sterling Of The Valley for 11 nights. Comfort and beautiful surroundings with a modern touch. Away from the maddening crowd.

Minimum value of money and hotel staffs are not trained enough to answer all the questions. Apart from the nature and weather nothing special happened in my 3 days stay

six miles outside kodai town, surrounded by manicured hills . very courteous staff and housekeeping, lovely rooms and cottages . a beautiful place to spend few days. chayakant, hilda, indrani and chaitanya in housekeeping made us very comfortable.

Good property in a quiet location - little away from center of the town. nicely spread property and decent activities to do within the property itself. Had a good time there.

Not the best value for money you pay. Food isn't great - buffet breakfast is not upto the mark. The condition of restaurant is bad. Wi-Fi does not work in rooms. No elevator in hotel; makes it difficult for kids and old. Rooms are not cleaned properly. Be cautious before booking.
