The hotel is situated in a little secluded area. But that works in favour of people who have come to Lonavala for retreat and a peaceful stay. The hotel staff was very efficient and cooperative. The room service was very prompt and the food was good. They also arrange fun activities for all the guests every evening and make it a point that every guest is invited.
Overall a value for money stay if you want a cosy room with minimum of outside nuisances.

The hotel is off the highway and its not easy to find.. The rooms are terrible and not clean at all. Towels were smelly.

Staff were polite & helpful. Hotel is comfortable. Situation is convenient for seeing Bhaja & Karla caves. Saturday the restaurant was closed for noisy and expensive buffet outside. If offered avoid & eat out!

My parents and in-laws visited this place this week and found it very good. It was quiet, calm and serene. Certainly apt for families. But is it worth the money? I am not so sure. It is expensive for what it offers. But certainly a good place to stay.

I with my wife were travelling to Nethravati Express but train got 6 hrs delayed. When I called up in Hotel and told about late check in they helped us to comfortly check in . Finally we checked in at 1:15 AM late night but didn't faced any diffculty. Hotel staff is quite friendly and buffet brekfast have lot of varities. From 2 kind of sprouts to various noth and sound indian dishes. taste was also good. Stayed 2 nights and in all it was good stay.

Initially service was bad, later on experienced a little better one. Room beds were not soft at all. Food was average. They didn't have a covered car parking. So my car had to be parked under the rain for 3 days.
Try only if u have a low budget there are other good places if your willing to spend some more money.

The stay was very pleasant, Nice welcome by the staff, Given a best room,Also checked if i am comfortable or not, Housekeeping was good, A couple of points to improve is food, A bit far from city but nice location, Overall experience was very good and i suggest this to all family vacations,

It is a very good quality stay and food ! In-house activities are limited but are well maintained. Vicinity with Wax Museum, Karla Caves, etc. makes it more convenient to travel.
