upon arrival I received my room. it was the only one available. there were two big disappointments: 1. when I booked it was written 'soundproof' rooms. it's a wooden construction, I could literally hear my neighbour all night. when I could not listen to his bathroom sounds anymore, I called the reception and they told them to respect the other guests. then the snoring started. mamma mia! 2. the description was with an in house spa. upon arrival I got to know that there is no spa. the recommended spa was a 10 minutes ride with an hour try to get a cab. the manager helped me immediately the next day and I received an upgrade. which is very kind. however, from the handful days losing one and half is not how I imagined my time there. the breakfast is good with many varieties, staff very friendly. restaurant is close to the road, so bit noisy, but convenient for getting everywhere easily.

Staff is amazing over there

Ett mycket fint boende i vacker välskött miljö med fin pool. Vi bodde i en classic cottege som var fräsch. Rent, snyggt och modernt med kylskåp, tv och väldigt bra fungerande AC samt skön säng, rymlig liten villa. Personalen var fantastiskt trevlig och hjälpsam med allt vi önskade. Läget var lite off, 2 km till stranden och restaurang arean, men det var bara ett litet minus. Det fanns en minimarket rakt över gatan från hotellet. Lugnt och mysigt. Rekommenderas alla dar i veckan.

The stay was great. Property is well maintained and the staff is all very cooperative and nice. The Classic cottage we stayed in were really nice and spacious. Breakfast spread could be little better. Nearby beaches were really quiet and nice. everything about this property was great. Definitely would recommend anyone to stay here away from the hustle of Baga and Calangute.

The resort was comfortable and the rooms were decently sized. However, service was average. Our room was not cleaned at all during our two-night stay. And on two occasions when we ordered breakfast, we were told an hour later that what we had ordered was not available (and only after we inquired about the order). The surrounding area has some lovely restaurants, including Verandah. The resort itself was comfortable and has a nice pool.

Rooms are good and clean, near to beach - 5 to 10 min walking. Hotel is new and still needs improvement.
