This hotel is to say the least, awful. I could not bring myself to have a shower as the bathroom was so grimy. No toilet paper. The lift was prehistoric

I needed to be in this area for some work, and I left it too late to book a better place. This hotel appears better in pictures than in real life--the first surprise is the non-AC reception area. Then there was a room AC unit with only on-off controls, flaky WiFi, warm water that takes forever to appear, elevator issues, noisy staff in the halls--the list could go on. In my experience, hardly anyone uses the bar-restaurant except for breakfast. The breakfast was fine.

Very untidy looking hotel. Tiny room. Breakfast very basic.

Never again.they lied about there being a pool. Charged me for 3he late checkout.wouldn't let me make a call to swede,even if i payed.

Hotel layout impossible with staircases inside and outside, noisy aircon with broken settings making it impossible to find an acceptable temperature. Old, hard pillows and sponge mattress with well worn sheets and thin blanket, no duvet. ZERO warm water throughout the stay at any time of day. Room safe not working. Exposed electrical wiring. Plugs not working. Showerhead in disrepair. Toilet seat cheapest available and broken. Non functioning window blinds - always in closed position so no natural light.
