my stay at Sun City Resort was extremely disappointing. The resort is grossly overpriced, the staff lacks basic customer service skills, and the rooms are in dire need of renovation. I would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay in Goa. The check-in process was a nightmare. Despite having a reservation, I was made to wait for almost an hour because the staff needed to confirm the booking with the Expedia team. This unnecessary delay was highly inconvenient and frustrating. Furthermore, I was charged an additional fee at check-in, which was supposedly due to a billing error. I still am unsure if the extra charges were accurate, and the staff provided no clear explanation or resolution to this issue.

Spacious campus, big rooms and moderate.

ohhh bathroom and toilet was smelling like hell. mosquitoes will be also your guests.

It was not at all good..bad smell in rooms..not worth for money..breakfast ok..frequently power cut off, while booking they mention these are facilties provided but when we go for stay no facilties...they don't show room view other than pool view...but other view is terrible like slum that too very near hardley 10 my distance...overall it was ok...

En af de væreste ophold jeg nogensinde har haft. Reseptionisten startet med at lyve til mig omkring en upgrade vi har fået med luksus værelse med pool udsigt, selvom at det var det jeg har betalt for! Værelset var slidt, gammel og beskidt. sengetøjet var gammelt og jeg kunne stadig lugte masala på puderne. Ingen rengøring af værelser i de 4 dage heg var der og personalet i Reseptionen var ikke særlig servicemindet. Det eneste der virket på værelset car det varme vand og AC. Virkelig dårlig oplevelse!

We arrived on a Thursday, resort was lightly occupied. Despite this our room was not ready for our arrival: third bed was not ready as requested, kettle was missing despite coffee packs provided, and no toilet paper. Included breakfast was good. Service staff seemed like new hires, not knowing when to present water, menu, credit card machine, etc. Dining room had light smell coming from washroom. Towels had stains. Bed was comfortable.

This place is perfect place to stay while visiting Goa!! With an amazing staff and great facilities you really cant be this place!! Plus the price is affordable.

This hotel is in the perfect spot with great security... only a 5 minute walk from Tito's Lane and the beach. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with any questions we had. We met the owner who was just as friendly and helpful. Great food ... try the Chicken Tikka ....and the pool is awesome with a great slide that has constant water flow to keep it wet! Will definitely be staying here again when I come back to Goa!

Pleasant overall

The hotel is situated at excellent location near beach, have very good food with polite staff and excellent service. Rooms are spacious but furniture/amenities are old and average.Shower in bathroom was not working properly. Bar, pool and food are excellent.Check in/check out time was 12:00 hrs, not 24 hrs as shown on hotels.com

i was there for 2 nights , the staff was very polite and the room had a good view. walking distance to the beach and for shopping too. food was good and the room was also clean. only drawback is that on the second day our room was not cleant the entire day while we were out the whole day, cleaning staff is a little lazy, but wen v called reception in the evening it was taken care of immediately. i would recommend suncity and i would also definately stay there till they keep up the wonderful work.

Hotellet är fint och dom höll på att rusta upp en del, men städningen var usel. En bra bit från stranden men ok om man vill få en trevlig promenad på morgonen. Frukostbuffe med usel service, tyvärr för det var gott när dom väl orkade plocka fram det. Trots allt när allt eftersom orten är liten, men svårt att gå på vägen pga inga trottoarer och massa trafik som kör som galningar. Inte värt pengarna.

u dont get what you pay for, do not book this hotel even if its free. worse hotel you can ever stay in. bathroom is very dirty , towels have stains , toilet smells , curtins are dirty. room phone wasnt working, AC used to trip at nights. pool bar has no service , gym room does not exist. there is plenty more to see when u r there.

What you'll like: proximity to the most commercial and popular shacks , clubs bars etc, and calangaute beach. Relatively cheap Decent cleanliness say 6.5/10 Lots of bikini clad Russians :P What you'll dislike: The slow and LAZY service of the staff - took 20 mins for the bell boy to get our luggage! About an hours wait for check in and 30 mins for some French fries! The food is nothing to write home about - just edible The hotel charges 1500 rupees fine for losing the room key, which should not be more than 150 rupees! The location is slightly skewered and a walk back from clubs late at night may not instill confidence, if alone.

The location is very good but there is a lack of staff .Its unclean and old and the food is also a concern,the breakfast is definately avoidable.

location wise good, food was good all and all a good hotel
