房間很大、乾淨，但是沒有什麼公用設施 附近很多餐廳，地點很方便

Not worth the rate charges for the room. No ambience, an old premises.

Chetan and Satish ensured our stay was comfortable. They were highly responsive and acted immediately on the feedback we provided. Huge thanks to both for taking good care of us!

Not well maintained. Things are falling apart. Looks great in pics though.

Room floor wet and dirty towels. No one comes to check. Room dining takes forever might as well order from outside. No bell boy to take your luggage.

We stayed there for 2 nights and the room floor was wet. We told the receptionist he said he will send someone to look at it but never did. So next day we told him again still no one came to look at it. I slipped twice but it was late at night we cudnt evn check out. Also their phone never work properly so their room dining always mess up your order. Dirty towels with stains. It didn’t feel like 4 star hotel more like 2 star.

The property was overbooked but still took the reservation and then denied checking-in. The front desk person Mr. Hassan confirmed this and later explained that I will be able to speak to Hotels.com for my refund. However, when Hotels.com contacted the hotel, the hotel denied this and said I was a "no-show", thereby, denying the refund. The customer service was poor and not up to the mark. Please avoid being scammed.

Staying experience was comfortable.

Hotel location was very convenient for me. Room was clean and neat. Hotel employees was helpful.

Hotel tries to add charges for services which you haven’t even used. At the time of check out I was asked to pay 3000 plus rupees when asked for itemised bill receiptionist tried charging for extra bed when my room never had extra bed and then tried charging me for 2 cup of coffees and chips twice..after 30 mins of asking to explain how this charges was added to my bill he said we only owe him 1100 rupees and couldn’t explain how bill went from 3000 plus to 1100

I stayed in a higher than usual category room. There were mosquitos and flies all around the room and bathroom. I informed the hotel reception but nothing was done about it. The room was not cleaned properly. There was dirt all over the place. There was an electricity issue, twice the lights in the bathroom went off while the lights were on in the room. Despite rectifying it the problem persisted. Overall, very bad stay!

Comfortable stay. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet is good. In house guests get a 50% off on dinner buffet which is very good.
