Lovely hotel and amenities, great room and breakfast. Cannot get anywhere easily except to terminal 1 of airport.

Staff is great. Shanmukha at reception always takes care of me with exceptional care and smile. It's a pleasure . Room is always clean and staff takes care of my needs during stay.

Clean, courteous staff great amenities

Excellent room, very attentive staff, food is top notch. Extensive morning buffet Very convenient location, walking distance to T1 and a five minute cab ride to T2. There are three top notch quality restaurants in house. For more options, there is a five minute walk to T1, which has multiple 24-hour food options. Group service was excellent and timely. Overall, highly recommend using this place for any travel in and around BLR.

The location is great, just a short walk from the airport. The staff was very attentive, the room and beds very comfortable and the hotel has a great gym and outdoor pool. Only disappointment was the Cafe77. The food was very average and the lighting horribly bright.

A whole host of things not functioning properly, poor communications and a serious in-room issue acknowledged but not acted upon

Taj quality is missing. It’s no longer worth the money we pay. We stayed only for a night but the room was old, bathroom door lock got stuck and didn’t work all the time. Mattress was not comfortable, it was uneven and not good for people like me with back pain. Food at tamarind was very bad. I had food here two years ago and it was really good. I see quality has gone down. The staff seem busy attending to indigo captains and staff and they are unable to attend to customers. I don’t blame them, they are very kind and courteous but looks like there is an expectation to attend to airline staff first? Overall my experience this time ruined my impression of Taj brand name.

Requested pickup from airport, never got any response. Room lights and phone won't work in the morning.

Wish they had stocked up on supplies like shower cap, etc. for 2 people. Breakfast was ridiculously expensive and the food was really bad. Coffee was terrible.

Taj Hotel service always goes above and beyond. Our family is a recurrent customer always .

The maintenance of rooms

Close to the airport, excellent service and glorious breakfast!!! We actually ended up booking our stay for the return. Strongly recommended!

Super comfortable and clean. Quiet room even though walking distance to Terminal One, and there is a free airport shuttle from Terminal Two to Terminal One every 6 mins. So no need for taxis. Super bathroom and great bed. Nice touches with complimentary cookies, bar of chocolate (just the thing after a long flight and arriving early morning), some fruit. Breakfast very good and amazing restaurant. Outdoor patio also and give coffee in take-away cup so you can take to terminal nearby. Perfect for an airport overnight!
