I booked this for my father’s stay. He had nothing but amazing things to say about the hotel. He still cannot stop talking about how caring, and helpful the staff were during his stay from check in, to his meals at the restaurants all the way through check out. Everyone had smiles on their face and treated him with such care. A special shout out to Aavantika from concierge, who went above and beyond to make sure my father was well taken care throughout his stay. We will surely be booking again for our next visit to Bengaluru.

This is an airport hotel. They make it impossible to book a stay when you arrive at 2am and leave at 11am so when you book on the day you want to check in they tell you you can’t check in until 2pm!!

No WiFi - neither their premium WiFi nor regular WiFi worked, business lounge was not open for breakfast, had to wait for 30 mins to receive my baggage. All in all I felt basically I paid for the location as it is closest to the airport. Next time, will stick with Marriott.
