quiet and nice

Excellent hotel with really wonderful staff. Even though they missed sending us an airport pick up, they made up in so many ways. The staff in each department are so polite and efficient. We really enjoyed our stay, short though it was.

Wonderful stay and the location is ideal for travelers with short layover or don’t wish to travel back from the city . Super helpful staff who took good care of everything.

If you want to experience true luxury, stay at this property. It's beautiful, smells so good, and is just a great experience. The restaurant food was fantastic, both the Pan Asian cuisine as well as the large buffet restaurant (where I actually ordered a la carte). The rooms are luxurious and very spacious, with comfortable bedding. The bathroom was very large, with all necessities included. The shower was the best I've ever had in a hotel--the water pressure was perfect. I had a very early morning flight out of the international terminal and took the hotel car, which I reserved the night before. No complaints at all--definitely worth staying here.

Everything was really good during my stay. The staff and service were excellent throughout. A special mention to Mathew at the coffee shop, who provided outstanding service and made the experience even better. Truly appreciated the hospitality.

A beautiful property with superlative staff. Every need attended to, thoughtful touches, frequent check-ins with staff. Aditi especially went out of her way to make sure we felt as honored guests! The location couldn't be better to the airport, and the buffet dinner was really delicious, with so many options!

Was fabulous the previous stay. Standards had deteriorated. Despite informing about our flight and checkout, no one helped with the bags. Dissapointed.

Clean room

Very good hotel, next to the airport. Rooms were large, pool looked nice, didn’t get to use. There was two receptions, which was a bit confusing.

Check-in was speedy and efficient when we asked about transport to the airport very early the next morning. The car was available straight away at 3.50 am and the journey took just 5 mins at a cost of 590 rupees ( approx £5) . We thought that much easier than arranging a taxi at that time in the morning. The man who delivered our luggage to the room was very helpful and the room was totally satisfactory with a good shower and bathroom. The bed and linens were very comfy. In room dining was very good and the pizza was delivered in about 30mins. The person who delivered the food was very nice and would not accept a tip which I thought was exceptional.My only criticism was that I could not hear very well when I used the phone for in-room dining, I had to keep asking them to speak up.
