A definite go-to property – truly Value for Money. At the outset, my sincere compliments and thanks to the staff, who are professional, attentive, and consistently go beyond their duty to ensure excellent service and customer care. Their warmth and commitment make the experience truly memorable. That said, there is always room for improvement in the infrastructure and physical environment. A few suggestions: • The swimming pool area could be enhanced aesthetically, as in its current form it does not do justice to the otherwise pleasant property. • Additional seating in the buffet area, especially during breakfast hours when the load is heavy, would be very helpful. • Considering the common usage habits, a floor drain in the WC area would improve bathroom convenience and maintenance. Nevertheless, the wonderful staff remain the highlight of this property, and deserve a special shout-out for their dedication and customer-first approach.

Cet hôtel est sans doute l’un des pires que nous ayons connus, notamment à cause de la boîte de nuit qui y est intégrée. La réception est d’une inutilité déconcertante. Il ne s’agit absolument pas d’un établissement adapté aux familles, le bruit est constant et dérangeant, et nous avons dû changer de chambre à de multiples reprises tout au long de notre séjour. Le seul point réellement positif reste la propreté irréprochable des chambres.

We were treated with so much love and care! The breakfast was a highlight and the room was spacious and worked so well. We would return in a heartbeat!

Nous avions choisi cet établissement essentiellement pour son espace piscine car Chennai est limité en point d'intérêts et ses plages ne sont pas du tout appropriées à la détente. Quelle ne fût pas notre surprise de constater qu'elle était en travaux depuis avril sans que bien évidemment nous n'en soyons avertis. De plus cet hôtel est loin des critères d'excellence d'un 5 etoiles à part le prix ! Mauvaise insonorisation de la chambre certes particulièrement spacieuse. Personnel très agréable et souriant mais pas du tout formé pour les exigences attendues d'un 5 etoiles. Une salle de sport non pourvue de vestiaires ni de douches : bonjour l'hygiène quand on passe de la salle de sport à la piscine qui la jouxte !! Tout simplement inconcevable sauf ... ici. Alors certes le hall est digne d'un 5 étoiles mais c'est le seul élément. Sincèrement au même prix, il vaut mieux étudier d'autres options. Je pense par honnêteté que si l'espace piscine avait été disponible mon commentaire aurait été moins dur même si je maintiens mes réserves

The property requires upgrading. It feels run down. I have stayed here many times and i like the location, but they need to refurbish thr rooms and the gym.

I like this Taj when coming to Chennai although both this one and Coramendel showing signs of age.
